I love Round Table pizza! This location however, apparently under new management, could use some work. location is dated and needs a paint job, new carpet etc. We got a pizza to go in August, and while we waited, we witnessed the new Manager ignore the constant ringing phone! Those are people calling to buy your product and yet she is ignoring the phone. Employees seemed aloof, and we were never greeted by anyone, including the manager. Pizza tasted great but somebody really needs to do something with this location.

The worst experience ever. We placed an order on July 4th. Yelp show the brea location as open. It was a good size order but when I arrived at this location it was closed. This location not only took my online order but charged my credit card and I never received my money back. We have been fighting with them since then. This is the worse customer service. They take customers money and not bother to return funds. We reached out to Corporate but no one has bothered to rerun all my calls. I will continue to post on all social media platforms until I hear back. I will never go to this location ever again.

This place is a joke now. Although the food is good, the store is run by children who don't know how to do anything. They are always running behind, and when you ask for assistance, you get nothing but attitude.

Tried for the first time. Extremely underwhelming honestly. They forgot to make half my order, so the previously made half was cold. No apology or anything. Chicken is 80% fat and 20% meat. No reason to pay their prices, very subpar offerings. Barely bar pizza

Round Table's pizzas have some unique spices and flavors that make them absolutely wonderful. Plus, they are generous with the toppings and have an attitude of making sure customers are happy. Sure, the pizzas are a little more expensive than the competition, but they're well worth it!! This location also has a weekday lunch buffet that's a great value with fresh pizza, salad, and drinks.

I placed an order for two pizzas for pickup. When I got to the location and picked up my food. I should have checked before leaving. But one pizza was completely wrong. I didn't find this out until i got back home. I immediately called the place back, let them know I was on my way back with the wrong pizza. I get back to the location and have to wait for them to make a new one. This time I look before I left and THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. I immediately asked for my money back since it's really hard to make 1 pizza. Will no longer do business with this location and when I asked how to get in touch with the manager I got no response. So I will try to contact that person during the week and let them know how they lost a loyal customer
