I love Round Table pizza! This location however, apparently under new management, could use some work. location is dated and needs a paint job, new carpet etc. We got a pizza to go in August, and while we waited, we witnessed the new Manager ignore the constant ringing phone! Those are people calling to buy your product and yet she is ignoring the phone. Employees seemed aloof, and we were never greeted by anyone, including the manager. Pizza tasted great but somebody really needs to do something with this location.

The worst experience ever. We placed an order on July 4th. Yelp show the brea location as open. It was a good size order but when I arrived at this location it was closed. This location not only took my online order but charged my credit card and I never received my money back. We have been fighting with them since then. This is the worse customer service. They take customers money and not bother to return funds. We reached out to Corporate but no one has bothered to rerun all my calls. I will continue to post on all social media platforms until I hear back. I will never go to this location ever again.

I called on the phone to order a pizza and I asked to speak to a manager about the the prices and deals they had because it was my very first time at a round table and Benjamin recommended me the best pizza i could have ever asked for he was asking me questions like do you prefere chicken or meat veggies or no veggies so he can decide was pizza was best for me I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends thankyou Benjamin for a wonderful first time experience!!!!!

Wow! Just paid $30+ for a King Arthur special. Worth every penny!! No diet topping job. Not sure if that's a higher price than the past, but paying more for quality food is better than eating food of lower quality!! Keep it up, we'll be back.
I have been coming to this round table pizza for a few years now and it is now under new ownership/management and I love them! Pizza is amazing as usual , and staff is friendly and helpful. I've ordered in person and also called to pickup and I've never had a problem with customer service. I always receive my order in a timely manner, I highly recommend this round table

Really not happy to have to write this review but wow this place needs immediate help. I ordered a pizza online at 6pm for delivery and I didn't PICK UP my pizza until 8pm. After my pizza missed the delivery window by 20 minutes I called in which was difficult as no one was answering the phone and asked what the status was on my order. They told me sorry but all pizza deliveries are going to be an hour late. At this point I said just refund my delivery charge and I will come pick it up they said no problem it is ready. Ok when I got there it was not ready. They made it quickly and it was wrong and burnt. They said sorry it's missing toppings is that ok? I said no can you please just remake? They agreed and made another one which took a long time as well. At this point more people started coming in with the very same issue and we all started having group therapy all of us scratching our heads to why this place was such a hot mess. One guy I talked to said that he's been coming here 25 years and this was probably going to be his last time. He said he could even get anyone to pick up and ended up driving down to order which was limited to medium pizzas as they ran out of dough. When you stand back and look at the staff they all seem to be trying but there was clearly no training, leadership, or experienced people present. It was so bad you almost couldn't get mad. Really seemed like a bunch of kids were given the keys to the place and turned loose. So when I finally got home after 2 hours (I should have my head examined for waiting that long), my corrected pizza was also burnt and under cooked all at the same time. I love round table pizza but this is my last time I'll order here. Hopefully the owner reads these reviews and can turn the ship around. Otherwise your going to continue to lose customers and your business. Good luck.

Try to avoid this location if possible. Called in for a simple large pepperoni pizza at 4:30 and specified my husband would pick it up at 5p. My husband arrived at 5:30p and they did not have the order ready. They said they didn't have the order in the system but never made a ticket to make it. They assured him it would be 10 minutes to make it so he waits, and waits. About 20 minutes later he inquired about his order and they still have not cooked the pizza! If it wasn't for the fundraiser we were supporting for our kids' school, we would have just canceled the order and left. Absolute worse service anyone can get. Stick to buying a frozen pizza.
