Looks like I left a five star review on here before but coming in recently. I’m gonna have to lower it to one star. I just feel like I get bad service every time they try to give me the colder pieces the older pieces of pizza where I always have to stop them and ask for the more fresh And this time I’m getting pasta and of course they look at me and decide to give me all the soggy parts of the pasta where I tried to explain to the girl to mix it up with some of the fresher, looking pasta with the cheese on top. She didn’t seem to understand me she put a little piece of the top, but then covered the rest with more of the soggy it just looked gross And it was frustrating where I had a patiently wait for nothing parking in that parking lot in the busy mall for nothing all to just get this service. Please don’t judge people on how they look and choose to give them the soggier parts of the

I bought pizza and Stromboli and 2 sodas I went to find a place to sit (this location is inside Brea Mall.) I went back to the counter there is no line to ask for a cup of water they told me they don’t have water but they have water bottles for sale. Yet clearly they have water labeled on the drink fountain! I like the food but their service seems to have followed the new norm of bad! I will now phase them out of my goto restaurants.

I normally go to the one at main place mall but today I wanted to try Brea location. I have to say it's a huge difference between them. Nothing in Brea was fresh. Pasta was mushy and didn't have that garlic flavor. My stromboli was burnt and dry. I guess I'm going to have to go 8 miles out of my way for quality!

I got the spaghetti and meatballs and it’s really good but it’s kinda soggy but after you buy it it’s going to be prepared for you in under 30 seconds because it’s pre prepared. I did not get the pizza but that’s fine.

Such a rip off. And employees have ATTITUDE. I paid $8 for one little slice of pizza and when I asked the employee to cut it in half for me, she told me she doesn’t have a cutter! And that she can give me a plastic knife! Not friendly not professional NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

They had a nice selection of food to choose from. We came on a busy Saturday, and the lines were pretty short. We got a 2 slice combo with the meat lovers, pepperoni, and a pink lemonade. The meat lovers had pepperoni, ham, ground beef, and bacon. It tasted alright. The pepperoni pizza on the other hand, tasted pretty good though. It is a good place to go to easily satisfy your hunger and cravings.
