This restaurant owner Hector Guzman is a horrible leader but ok with his customer service he does not care about his employees I work there for 3 months and it was a headache in a half the employees don't get along and they don't Stay focused always on there phones orders get mixed or not done correctly or always having dine in customers waiting when there s no need very unprofessional and rude while I'm taking care of everything cleaning everything stocking everything because other employees are lazy they don't want to work just play that's why people s orders are screwed up it can be stressful when you are the only one who is actually doing your job i tried speaking with boss about these issues he completely blew me off and said he would talk to them but never did clearly he is there for the money not customers or employees it's sad because I really tried making it work but I quit due too his lack of leadership I recommend to all people find a better place to dine in

Placed an online order. Called to let them know I needed to cancel the order due to my car not starting. The guy who answered took my information down and said his boss would call me back to help issue me the refund. Never got a call back and was charged the full amount for something I never even picked up. On top of having car problems and not being able to retrieve the food, this made my night a lot more frustrating.

We enjoyed celebrating our granddaughter's birthday here. It's large, clean and they have 5 or 6 games for the kids. The salad bar was well stocked and the pizza was delicious. We had a room for ourselves but if you want to use it for an event it's best to reserve it. The service was fast and friendly ?

Met some friends on a Saturday for lunch. The food was delicious! The pizza and mojos were always being replenished. The restaurant was extremely clean. The owner was kind and courteous. I definitely recommend this Shakey’s. I’m gonna be back for sure.

Long before I knew pizza crust came in different thicknesses, I dined, reveled, and looked forward to Shakey's thin, crispy, crunchy crust with sausage & onions or pepperoni & mushrooms. Hmm... Comfort food. Why thin crust? You can savor and delight in the toppings. The thin crust becomes more of a conveyer for sauce, cheese, and toppings. Enjoy!When fried chicken and Mojo potatoes were added to the menu, no finer repast was made for a ten year old with pizza, chicken, and Mojos (PCM).The price of Shakey's buffet is well worth it if you concentrate on PCM and perhaps have a salad and some fruit. Recently, I observed a fried chicken fast-food restaurant charging $14.00 for three pieces of fried chicken, a tiny side dish, a biscuit, and a small to medium soft drink. Shakey's allows for additional helpings, plus several sides like Mac & Cheese, mash potatoes & gravy, cut corn, pasta & red sauce, and a salad bar, to name a few offerings.If you want quality crispy fried chicken, well seasoned Mojo potato slices, and thin crust pizza so you can taste the toppings, Shakey's is your place.Dietary restrictions: Food is well separated from each other with clear boundaries/separators.
