It used to be really good but it seems like the girls think being rude is edgy. Sadly it reflects on the drink. Maybe it was just a bad day but dont really want to find out.

I come here weekly. The drinks are made fast and the Baristas here are so friendly and make me feel welcome by remembering my order every time. Plus, it's always clean here. Downstairs is a mess and takes forever.

I asked for a strawberry acai with peach juice and strawberry puree, Come to find out it was just a regular strawberry acai. My bf had ordered the new frozen strawberry acai and half of it was watery and only the top part was frozen. We asked to redo it and she said if she added more ice it would be watery giving with her poor costumer service. Never coming back to this starbucks again until they get better costumer service.

First time they messed up my order and then the barista said that I'll add to it right now and while she was adding to it she dropped the whole drink. And then she just took the same cup and added a little more coffee to it. She handed it to us but then there was no ice we asked for ice and then she rudely asked "you need ice?" Yes we do!! This was literally a part of the original order. We asked to change the cup but she said that she changed it but I can still see the splashed on the outside of the cup. I just said okay and walked away. Me and my daughter drank some of it not even a lot! And after a couple mins we felt like we were about to throw up and we felt nauseous. The coffee was also very caffeinated. And we know how this drink should taste like because we always get it the same way. So therefore they messed up our order, were rude, didn't change the cup, no ice, didn't even make the drink again just gave us the old one, very caffeinated. We feel sick after this! Never coming back. This was April 21 5:53PM 2023.

This is for the Starbucks in the Macy's Store at the Brea Mall. I won't go there again. Your two employees both need more training in Customer Service, hygiene and overall representation of the Starbucks company. As I was in line waiting to place an order I observed Andrew coming in from his break and after flipping his hair with his hands and touching his face he went right into handling food. Wash your hands Bro!! You just came back from who knows where and your handling food and on your phone while preparing food for customers and even eating at your work station. So unprofessional and dirty. Shame one you and Starbucks for not having the customers best interest in mind. Even grabbing your bare chest and scratching yourself and then back to work. Good thing I only ordered a drink. Take your job seriously both you Andrew and Liz. Both need better training and out tour phones away and greet you customers as if they matter. Stay off your phone and serve.. dissatisfied with this store.

Nice people. However, when someone orders a black coffee and there's no line, don't throw their cup in the queue and make them wait for a bunch of complex drinks to be made. Turn around. Pour the coffee. Hand it back to me. It takes 30 seconds, gives the barista one less thing to do while she's making high maintenance drinks, and it lets me get on my way instead of standing there waiting for something that should have been instant. I stopped going to another coffee chain because they do this. Starbucks may be the next mega chain coffee shop that I drop because people don't seem to get that when someone orders only a black coffee, they don't want to stand around for the next 5 to 10 minutes.

I came in wanting to try something new but wasn't sure what to try. The sweet barista, Angel, had suggested her favorite drink. It was a blonde vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam. It was sooooo bomb. I'm not usually a coffee drinker and only get the refreshers, but this drink will definitely be one of my new go to's!!! Thank you for the amazing customer service Angel!

Came in 07/23/22 with a great attitude to get a cup of coffee. But the cashier that was at the register had the face of "I hate my job" and didn't even greet my boyfriend and I. She just stared at us, and didn't call us over that she was ready to take our order. I'm not one to get upset over things like this since I work in the fast food industry. She didn't say a word while I was ordering. She would just have a serious face and would roll her eyes a lot after everything I would say. I didn't catch her name, but she had brown to blonde tips on her hair and was wearing a white with red pattern design bandana, and had tattoos on her arms. She was giving customers attitude but would turn around and talk nicely to her coworkers. There was also a nice young man with longish hair, and another young lady with pastel pink hair on this particular day but they were both nice and friendly.

Great Hidden Gem. In a weird spot in the Home Department of Macys, but they make great drinks and the staff is always friendly.

I got the worst taste of coffee today at this Starbuck. Not to mention the cashier were so rude when my app had a technical issue with paying the bill. This was the worst experience. Once they reopened and hired some new staffs there, the service is terrible. I will not buy again.
