I feel sorry for these boxed in employees.. go live your dreams!!!I find it interesting Starbucks is at the happiest place on earth, yet this store is what Starbucks is promoting?! What a joke! Everyone and everything is replaceable, I have no doubt an up and coming coffee shop will replace what now seems to be the least welcoming coffee shop in the USA.

The staff here is so genuinely nice, very considerate and happy and engaged with their customers. It’s not a drive through but the orders come out quick enough where you won’t miss that part.

I should’ve listened to the knowledgeable associate when I ordered the hot Gingerbread Thai Chi Oat milk Latte!! It’s waaaaaay tooooo sweet ?!! I have a stomachache from all the sugar !

This Starbucks has been remodeled and has zero seating inside or out. What's the point when just want to have a seat and relax with a cup of coffee. Go elsewhere if that's what you're looking for

i felt like the staff was not friendly at all.i wanted to try something new, so i tried Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. milk tasted like it was rotten, left a nasty after taste in my mouth that i had to brush my tongue. i changed it up for a pumpkin spice latte. I couldn't even enjoy that because i still had that after taste from the first drink. staff didn't even seem to care. no smiles, nothing . i brought back the drink to show them i barely sipped it. " we can't take it back, you could keep it" why would i want to keep it, it was disgusting. no apology or anything. just seems like they dont care.they mentioned there milk is good till 2024?
Friendly staff. Good Frappuccino. They are way better than other Starbucks locations I had experience before. Not easy to have good Starbucks store these days.

I ordered a drink through DoorDash. They served me a drink that had been sitting out for 3.5 hours! I ordered an iced mocha and I received a very melted drink. The time sticker said it was made over 3 hours ago. Tried calling the store multiple times but they would hang up the phone before even a hello. Very bad service here. Be careful you don’t get someone’s old drink.
