For not being busy at all, this location lacks customer service. Not attentive or friendly at all. Wish they would actually inform the customer about their newest products instead of having their personal conversations with each other.

Here's my issue. It's the tipping culture, everything is already expensive there, the workers are part of a union, get good wages for what they do, and yet the first thing they do is guilt people into tipping for pouring coffee or putting a sandwich in the microwave.

Had an Amazing experience with Isabel this evening. I Was there about 5:08pm I originally wanted a bagel but she explained very nicely that at that location they didn't have bagels. So I ordered a grande hot chocolate with almond milk. It tasted absolutely Amazing!!!?she told me I could use my Stars for the almond milk, which I didn't know. Isabel is a very kind, Courteous Barista. Starbucks needs more Baristas like her.Thank you so much!!!??

With so many Starbucks to pick from, this location is my favorite in Brea. Surprisingly, it’s in an Albertsons.I usually order the same thing…Vanilla Chai with sugar free vanilla and a shot of espresso! Yummo! They get it right every time! They have friendly service! They always have a steady stream of customers.
Green tea with no water. (Yes there is water). Very good on a hot day.

Does the team here not use measurement tools. Ask for light cream, coffee looks like milk.... every time. I get gift cards for Starbucks and can't even like enjoy the gift as I know I will recieve bad coffee service.
