Every single time I order from there something is messed up. I got a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe but with literally 0 Carmel in it and I don’t taste the extra shot I paid for in it too. Never seen such a depressing looking Carmel ribbon crunch in my life. This store used to be great not sure what happened. But if I’m paying almost 8 dollars for a damn morning milk shake I want my Carmel in it. Also they didn’t even warm up my coffee cake. It’s cold :(

My First time coming through the drive-thru at this location. It was morning and the drive-thru guy, I belive his name started with a D, was friendly. He was very upbeat and smiley. I appreciate that!!

It's frustrating when you think you have the drive through Teller's attention He's multitasking. You're giving him your order. And he wasn't even listening, so now you gotta repeat it again. Then a female comes on and you have to give it a third time manager train your people. How to focus and multitask

The drive thru has terrible service, with all my years of coming to Starbucks, this is my first time feeling so disrespected. If you are having a terrible day I’m sry for you but don’t take it on the customer.

Pick up only ice cream shop location. Order your drink and then sit in your car and wait for it...they do have a drive thru but not a single seat on location and no bathrooms. They don't offer gold card benefits such as the refill at this location either. It used to have at least some seating, all has since been removed. Will not return
