Last night, the two ladies who closed at this location were so rude. We needed to use the restroom and got there 2 minutes before closing. One of the girls told us we had to make a purchase and that we only had one minute. The other girl proceeded to go into the restroom and began cleaning as we were at the counter making our purchase. Then we were told that we couldn't enter the restroom with such attitude! We used the restroom (as we entered the 2nd one that was available) but come on! Not used to Starbucks employees being so rude. This world needs considerate & good people, usually Starbucks employees are the best!

I’m so disappointed and upset with this Starbucks!! I used to love this location. After drinking my latte not even 20 minutes after I got the worst stomach ache of my life and vomit. Then I realized they used whole milk instead of soy!!! 😩 I called them over and over but no answer. The next day I called and I was told they were having phone issues. I wish I got the employees name I spoke to because the first thing she said after I told her what happened to me was: “well I wasn’t here yesterday so….” Then she was saying she has to talk to the manager as if I was lying!!! WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS?! Then she said I’m not lactose intolerant if I can have the sweet cream foam! Umm I have this drink twice a day, EVERY DAY I think I know my body and what I can and can’t have! I was in shock.

Theres a lot of students, food is good, very expensive, but tasty. Atmosphere and vibe is unmatched. A lot of millenials like this place. :)
 three gift cards from a Starbucks store for Christmas, but when the recipients tried to use them, they were told there was a zero balance. Upon contacting customer service, they were informed that the cards had already been used.
I reached out to Starbucks customer service four times, yet received no assistance or resolution. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I purchased the cards directly from a Starbucks location and expected them to be valid.
Starbucks should take responsibility for this issue and ensure customers receive what they pay for. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope they address it properly.

I drove thru this morning at 5:15 only car in drive thru but then I waited at least 10 min for the guy to give me my coffee as I watched him cook about 6 items in the ovens for the cars now behind me while my coffee sat. When he finally gave it to me and I drove off to get to work in time, I tasted it and it’s awful. Second time this has happened to me, they need to get more help early morning.
