Short Mexican lady has anger issues and needs to work on her customer service she got into a yelling match with customer when customer asked for her name she refused probably why she doesn't wear her name tag out of all the employees ? ?

I'm not sure why they only have 3 stars. Every time I come here they are so friendly and they clearly all work as a team. The lady with the short black hair- you have been working at this location for as long as I've been coming here. I don't know how you aren't a manager! But baby girl, you need to start applying for the manager position!!! The manager you have now looks like he's walking around in circles in all of your way and never gives customers eye contact. It's like he's pretending to be busy in your way. Guy with a beard made my sandwich today and he was so nice and patient with everyone. No matter if they were rude or nice. I just thought you deserved a shout out

Every time I go there, it just seems like their server isn't happy. Also, the toppings are always put in a disproportionate manner. Server seems to be distracted or otherwise not paying attention.

Tried to place a mobile order - the app said it went through, but got to the store and apparently it didn't. Morgan was the Friday evening closer by himself when I came in. He was composed, friendly, and really down to earth. He double checked that my order didn't come through and had me double check the app. He knocked out my sandwich while having a quality conversation - not the usual interaction I've come to expect from many people as I order food. This particular location is nice and newer than most Subways, but the real reason for the 5 stars is how outstanding Morgan is

Went there tonight at 6:30 and the guy making our food i think his name was matthew was so nice! Him and the other guy working were super helpful. Our sandwiches were made perfectly!!!

Been to this one so many times as it is close my house. I wont ever be back. I went in to get one sandwich asked for turkey and ham on a footlong. She puts the meat and just puts 4 pieces (2 turkey 2 ham) I asked why only 4 pieces she pointed to the shortage sign. But now where on the shortage sign does it say you get less meat it says maybe out of things do to the shortage. Anyway I should of left but I felt bad just walking out. But don't worry subway still charges full price for the lack of meat you know get. Just stick to making sandwiches at home. I better go get all the veggies I put on my sandwich at subway for my home now.

Worst experience ever at a Subway restaurant!!! I think her name is Evon! She let me stand there while she was fixing a sandwich 5 to 10 minutes "on my way to work" then she finally told me cash only! I asked her why she just didn't say that when I first walked in. She had no answer and was kind of ignoring me!!! Then I asked her for her name, she started telling me how she was having a bad day but refused to tell me her name!!! Told me she couldn't Tell me her name! 9:00 am in the morning trying to destroy my vibe!!! Owners need to be careful who they are leaving their business to!

Poor service, poor management, poor employee attitude. Will never return. Tried to order breakfast on a weekday. Ten minutes AFTER posted opening time door still locked; gave up. I then tried picking up sandwiches for the family around 2pm. SURPRISE door not locked. Wish it had been. Sandwich makers did not seem pleased to be working. One masked, one not. Could not get bread of choice - "too fresh, falling apart" I was told. Really poor attitude. Sandwiches prepped (one way to increase owner profit is to put as little on the sandwich as you can get by with). Sandwich maker leaves the station to tend to a noisy cash register. She returns & starts to finish sandwiches WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES. She changed only after I asked. Attitude even worse. Are they even trained or monitored? In this time of health issues extra care should be taken. Nothing positive at this Subway except the Tuesday cookie deal. Lodged my complaint on line and the responder tried to smooth things over. BYE BYE SUBWAY - - JERSEY MIKE'S HERE WE COME.

About the 5 time I come here and evertime that i do , the same girls with the same bad attitude. No greeting when you come in, when they take your order they do it in a manner that makes it seem like they dont want to be there. Very bad experience all around. I will be sure to not come here anymore.

Never been a big fan of Subway and I always used to say "no Subway" or "anything but Subway" when asked where I want to eat...but I recently discovered they offer spinach wraps and finally like something on their menu I would order again. My husband is probably their number one customer who orders multiple sandwiches each time he orders here (which is about once a week).
