Pretty solid dumpling spot in Brea! The noodles were really good. They had that chewiness and texture that was quite different than other Chinese noodle dishes. I really dug the chewiness! The soup is as also very flavorful like a tomato base or something. The Shanghai pan fried dumplings were amazing. Their bottoms were toasted with whole sesame seeds which gave them a very unique crunch. The aroma was so mouth watering and the inside was juicy. So good. There were recommendations...
