Lovely location with lots of parking and great outdoor seating. The staff has always been very friendly and prompt.
We always order the BBQ ranch chicken salad, delightfully savory sweet yet balanced tasting still. The deuce leche cheesecake is by far the favorite amongst their offerings with plenty of whip cream on the side. Crunchy sugar coated almonds and paired with the smooth, rich and creamy cheesecake. Highly recommend this location.

Not large family friendly. A 10 minute wait changed into a 2 hour wait. The staff isn't friendly. And yes, very high prices which is fine for a specific occasion. Will not return.

I found a long piece of hair in my food. I discovered this after warming up the food I took from the restaurant. I had meat loaf. The hair was embedded in the meatloaf. I immediately regurgitated. I was disgusted and lost my appetite. 😒

Food was great. I ordered the bbq ranch chicken salad & my husband ordered well done smokehouse burger. We also tried the egg roll sampler...everything was yummy. Our server was attentive and brought "extras" before we could even ask!

Well, I was @ Cheesecake Americana Mall. The host last night was terrible! I tried getting a table for 5 people, and as she was taking down my name, she also told me. " I may or not call your name." But the waitlist is 45 minutes to 1 hour Really?! May not call my name?? Then why bother waiting for a table for 45 to 60 minutes? Plus, she has somewhat of an attitude. Thanks, but no thanks. I ended up spending my money somewhere else...

Ended up with food poisoning after eating here. The carbonara pasta was more oil than sauce, I think that's what triggered the food poisoning. I ended up in the ER the day after eating here.

Wow.. you just can't beat Cheesecake for lunch. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The Cheesecake Factorys have a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The salads are delicious, and the lettuce, greens, and other ingredients are always fresh. We like to split the dinner portion of the chicken piccata. It is simply delicious.
