This is my go-to Cheesecake Factory. Great food and service. Our waitress and the manager were very kind enough to comp one meal, which was under par due to a food item that ran out without our knowledge. The fact that they made it up to us was a big plus and it really addressed our concern. This is an exemplary example of how a restaurant should treat their guests.
Wait time was pretty decent considering it was also dinner service. As of September 2025, be advised that the parking can be limited due to the construction by the mall.

The food is basic, I often get the chicken salad caesar mix - that's usually the only thing I get here. Sometimes I'll get the stuffed mushrooms, but thats generally it. Wait times can be quite long though.

Went on a Saturday night, watched as the table next to ours arrived 10 mins after we did, received their food and check before we received our food. Took over an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered it. The steak was luke warm, my wife’s salad smelled bad. Something was rotten in it. They replaced her salad which was good. Not impressed…

Haven't been to this place since pandemic and come back after seeing some YT. We had avocado spring roll for appetizers and ribeye steak and four cheese pasta for entree. I have to say, we are surprised both entree taste really good. The ribeye is well cooked (tender and juicy) while seasoning is a bit salty but just fine with veggie and mash potato. Four cheese totally blend in with the pennie pasta so you can taste the pizza like favor on each bite along with refreshing basil aroma. However, the avocado spring roll is a bit disappointed due to the dipping sauce is way too sweet and not sure the idea behind it. Overall, surprising good dining experience, especially the steak is on par with some famous steak house we have been too. Full respect to the cook and staff for their outstanding performance during such a busy Friday night. Definitely will come back with friends and families.

I want to give a HUGE shot out to Adrian H.!! He was amazing, attentive to us, kept us updated with our order and overall a good person! The food was delicious as always, we had the green chile enchiladas, the kids hamburger, chicken tenders and flat pizza. We finished the night with cheesecake to go. It was a great way to start the week!

Lately, the dishes are getting smaller and smaller, I ordered 5 medallion steaks which was for $28.00 and I got 5 small pieces of meat , there were not even round like the pictures. I know economy is hard but ... really? I am getting tired of getting $5.00 worth of food for $20-$28. The bread was so hard and the cheesecake was getting smaller too... The salads, the chicken tates funny and now worth the money. I have been going there for over 20 years but now forget it! I rather go to another restaurant's, Mom and Pop places give better real food.
