Came here for the first time as I'm from out of town, and to be honest, I got kinda confused when I entered as it looks just like another famous coffee place brand. From the store setup to the food items to the displays. Even the bag they use to put the food is so similar.
That aside, I had a coffee and a banana nut loaf, and they were great. Sat down for a while to enjoy my coffee, and it was nice. Unfortunately, parking is limited.

Charges .25 for water! The issue is that the policy is inconsistent and some stores charge and others don’t. My local store does not and so I was surprised after coming into this location and spending over &40 in drink that they wanted $0.25 for water. Looks like I’ll start taking my business elsewhere for nickel and dining people. Btw it does not cost them $.25 a cup as they claim.

Incredibly slow service. Drink ordered through the app wasn’t ready when the app said it was already completed. I asked where it was and they made it, so it wasn’t even started when it was marked completed. Ended up waiting almost fifteen minutes from when I walked in. Other people waiting inside on drinks that were clearly very delayed. Priority is clearly given to the drive thru and they sit at the window for a while anyway. The baristas seem annoyed that they’re being asked where the drinks are.

I s0oo appreciate this drive thru that's open a little longer than the lobby hours. The drive thru is convenient overall. The staff is always so nice & sweet!

I’ve tried to come here multiple times and I get the same thing every time but somehow the price is different? I’m so confused and the first time I got my drink I ordered a “splash” of oat milk but was charged a dollar😆 I seriously get 3 shots over ice with a splash of oat milk and a sugar in the raw, how hard is that? It’s 3.95 for my order at Starbucks but almost 5 dollars here? Also it’s either 5 dollars, 4.95, 4.35, or 4.00 it’s always changing I don’t get it??? They also charge me for an Americano and today just set me off I got the same thing I usually do and she gave me the most sugary drink ever ! I told her this wasn’t my order and after I had asked her if it was three shots she said yes and then said “wait what’s your order?” Jesus people get it together, also staff is not friendly! I will never ever go back here, I only stop by in the mornings because it’s close to my house and my son’s school. Get it together!!!!!

I got the chocolate croissant and dark chocolate ice blended drink, and they were both delicious! The portions were huge, and the prices were fair. The service was great, and the atmosphere was awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

Service is so unprofessional. Employees just don't care about customers. They seem to forget the reason they have a job is because of the customers. They gossip while they keep you waiting to order, and if you're appearance is not good enough they gave you bad service. You need new employees.
