They don't have cream and sugar out so I had to ask or it . They were very rude and told me they put it in .they finally gave me little cups of cream and sugar after waiting in line again .
Worst coffee shop experience I ever had 😠

This location is an absolute joke. They have all these beautiful tasty looking drinks advertised and they do not have any of the flavors. So I try to buy the $25 gift cards and you get a $5 card. They don't have any of those either. The person at the counter you can tell Liz used to doing this all day because he's very matter of fact. Couldn't care less.
How can they possibly stay in business if they continue this way because this is the third time this happens to me at a Coffee Bean & Tea leaf.

how do you advertise your seasonal special drink yet you run out of ingredients within a week of starting???? i wanted to compare tiramisu drink with other places. i should have stuck with philz instead of wasting my time in their drive thru lines. i heard customers in the front and rear of me ordering same drinks and being disappointed.

You guys always do the same thing. You always give me at least one order wrong. I ordered a Hot Dark chocolate coffee and you gave me regular coffee. That’s stealing.

Got 90% ice and 10% drink on a small latte. Took 3 sips to finish it and was left with a cup full of ice for $6. Tea was also watered down. Very disappointed.

12/27/24 @556pm -Very disappointed!ordered our drinks it came out watery (ice blended) and on top of that they gave us our drinks with no whipped cream. (They said they just ran out and handed it to us)wtf!! Yeah back to Starbucks we go.

I love coffee bean and tea leaf so much. Anyone still shopping at Starbucks should switch to the far superior coffee chain. The atmosphere is always good, the coffee is excellent, and they have loads of flavors.

This location also happens to have extremely hot and charismatic baristas (hi Max).

Slow service but due to chatty employee who doesn't care to finish her job in a proper timeframe.

For 2 boxes of Togo coffee + an additional drink that's set for 8:03 am pick up time, I arrived at the store at 8:05am, I was told my order are not ready yet but the single cup of coffee is quickly giving to me by the barista and she said another employee is working on my Togo boxes.
I simply waited on the left side which I watch the girl pour probably less than a cup of amount of coffee into the box each time , stop and chat to the others, she continually doing her stop and chat that she wasn't even done with 1 box of coffee in 10 mins. At 8:15 I started to get impatient and saw her decided to stop again to take order for a customer who just walked in. I finally asked her when is she going to be done because I've been standing here for 10 mins and I'm going to be late for work, she than quickly try to finish the 2nd box and gave me my order at 8:19 am.
This whole time the other two employees are working at a fairly quick speed for drive through and mobile orders but this girl is only doing my Togo coffee box this whole time but she can't manage to do so without chatting.

Will not return since I know they don't value customer ‘s time , plus the coffee turned out pretty bad for a light-medium roast that tasted like extra-dark bad brew. Too bad Coffee Bean used to be my go to spot.

They have a usual customer, who setup a whole station in the store, including a speaker that plays Trump speech’s continuously and loudly. And guess what, that specific customer walks out of his table for hours and keeps the speaker running spewing Trump hate speeches. And the store employees (mostly young lads don’t do anything. I doubt they endorse the act, I think they are afraid to speak or do anything.

The Coffee Bean drive-thru is always super quick, even during busy times! My drinks are always spot on and taste incredible. The picture shows my go-to: a Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle—so delicious! Highly recommend this location for great service and consistently amazing drinks!

I get the same drink almost everyday from this location, but today's service was unusually horrible. First, I ordered and paid for a large drink and they gave me a regular. I let them know and they had a new drink ready for me about 30 seconds later. I drove away and took a sip of my coffee, but it tasted like milk rather than the creamy coffee it usually tastes like. I went back into the drive thru and kindly explained to the same barista that this isn't the drink I usually receive. She took my drink rudely and came back with a speech ready. Instead of apologizing and demonstrating proper customer service she decided to lecture me on getting a different drink next time if I don't like it. I tried to reiterate to her that I get this drink almost everyday and know this isn't what it tastes like, but she walked away from the window without listening. At this point, I was done with her. I drove off and took a sip of the "new drink" she made and it was the same one but with way too much sweetener added. Very disappointed in this serivce and the fact that i paid $7 for a cup of milk and sugar.
