Came here for the first time, and everyone was so nice. My waiter saw that I had a jacket and brought a small coat stand for my table. They have great customer service. The food was amazing. I recommend the prosciutto pizza. It has a romantic feel with dim lighting and the outdoor area in the back has beautiful green foliage. A great place for a first date an anniversary or a girls night out!

We went for a quick dinner before going to bed and ended up with a great evening. The calamari was done just right. We both had the apple walnut smoked chicken salad which was excellent! Mel's service was impeccable! Tanya was there and was great too, even though she wasn't our server. We made some new friends and even sang some karaoke! Mel even joined with us in song a couple of times. We look forward to staying here and eating at the Refinery again soon.

2nd visit for business again! And told my boss it must be the Embassy Suites in Brea, CA again! And yet an AMAZING experience! Best of all Kim, Tonia, Jesselle and Mel remembered me! It was like being welcomed by family! This time was a longer stay and I never felt alone not one bit. I had dinner every night there unless I had it with my company. Food and drinks made by my girls were so delicous! And this time I had them make their favorites! They even helped me make decisions on activities to do in Brea and how to be safe here during my visit. I truly appreciate you beautiful women being my family! Will see you again! And soon next with my family from Indiana.

Ambiance is great ...... it's inside the Hilton hotel but it's very noisy a kind of bar feeling .Service is slow as they never pick your call for room service . Their was no one at front to ask and then I had to go to person at bar to take my order for to go. It's expensive for stir fry vegetable 25$ but the portions are huge and it comes with salad or soup , potato or rice

Brandon and Tanya are amazing.I wasn't able to get any food as I drove in from another state, and when I got here the hotel kitchen was closed, but Brandon and tanya made sure that I had food to eat. They are absolutely amazing I would recommend this hotel to anyone.!!!

The hotel is beautiful. Check in was so easy and the people at the front desk were nice. The breakfast is really good, it has a variety of foods to choose from. The bar was good too! The pool area was beautiful & like how it closes at 12AM. Everything inside the hotel was kept clean and nice. The rooms were pretty big too. Shoutout to Candace , Howie & Raena for coming through with the great customer service!

This was more than I was expecting. The host/server Paul was awesome! Great personality and great attentiveness to the tables. I got a well vodka and it was rough. I'm not sure the brand, but it was not great. The shrimp tacos were another story... they were fantastic! The shrimp was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. The slaw was fresh and crisp and the sauce was smooth and flavorful! I will come back just for those! The calamari was good to, but I felt it could have used a little more seasoning. Great service, good food, convenient location!
the condition of this room is just unsanitary, filthy and disgusting. Room has mold, mildew and dirt that is clearly visible. Sofa had a cushion with a broken zipper, curtains were stained, sliding doors look like they have never been cleaned with visible mildew.and dirt. Pool is in need of cleaning as it was visibly dirty. But the pool area is nice. The only good thing about this trip was the location.

I don't know how this could have been worse. Just a few problems....no hot water for shower...serious leak problem in bathroom... no hair dryer... charges for parking...no housekeeping until 7:15 first day even after checking four times...a call at 8:00 PM from management about fixing bath or changing rooms...8:00 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!...juice dispenser no juice first day...day leaving a plumber showed up at 7:30 AM to fix bath leak---no kidding! ...no special recognition for my status...excuses, excuses for all problems. I am tired of going on about the poor management who seems to have forgotten service or apologies...Good grief! We have been staying here over 25 years...or when opened. We never have had such a poor experience. Fortunately for us we checked out Residence Inn...in Brea for next trip...I think will be better. Couldn't be as bad as this. We have been Honors members since...early 1990s. Our Hilton Days maybe over. I doubt very much if this will receive any attention from this survey...my phone is 214 682 1940 in case anyone cares~!!!

I couldn’t see check in time online, I called and was told check in was at 4 pm, that’s pretty late if you have dinner plans and need to use the room to get ready. During check out, I was literally harassed at 11 to leave the room, I called and asked for late check out and they charged me extra for 30 additional minutes. Apparently check out was at 11 am. Note: The staff was friendly and helpful. Embassy Suites, fix you price or adjust your check in and out times.

I am a Hilton Honors member and am really picky when it comes to hotels. I chose this hotel as the it was close to our grandchildren who we were visiting and based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. We have finally found our go to hotel near our family. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious. I had requested a top floor and that is exactly what I received. The breakfast was perfect for us and the kids. The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you to Embassy Suites of Brea and we will se you on our next visit!

It was a comfortable stay with excellent breakfast and evening snacks and drinks for all guests. There is a nice view of the hills from the rooms and shops and restaurants nearby for last-minute purchases. If you plan on going to Disney or any of the park attractions for the day, a rental car is definitely a must.
