Maria Maria. I politely asked the manager Maria for a refund of this tiny cone since its all I ordered and wasnt full serving. 4 oz is policy serving size. I literally scaled it and was 3.5oz. yes I have a scale in my car. Maria refused to simply refund. Better business bureau contacted. left corporate feed back. Terrible costumer service

Quality of good is sub-par. The chilli cheese is extremely salty. Tasted like I was biting into a salt ball. The presentation of the food was disappointing. The bun looked shriveled and the hot dog meat was overcooked. This experience has made me realize I will likely NEVER go to Wienerschnitzel again.

All the staff was rude, could hardly understand their English. The manager’s English was worse 🤦🏻♀️. Food was cold and hardly any ice cream on those expensive floats. Will never be going back to this place.

My God!!!! 1 All Beef Hotdog 1 Large Chilicheese fry, Large fries, Large Coke is like $40!!!!!!!! No no no no no I will never eat here ever again... EVER!!! I LITERALLY LAUGHED AT THE CASHIER OVER THE PRICE! I still cannot believe it. I had them check the order and read it back to me and then asked, Is it really like $40?!?! And they said, Yes - confused like I should know this. Like I should know that $7 worth of food costs $40 now. Lowest quality - most expensive yuck food out there!! This has to be owned strictly for laundering money like Radio Shack.
