Boulangerie Solignac

One morning I found a chocolate croissant on the kitchen table. The kids have already eaten, so I claimed it for myself. I expected the usual (there are several options close to us) but I was shock by the burst of flavor! Crisp on the outside, soft and buttery dough, delicious chocolate. What is it? Where did you get it? I asked my wife. And I learned it's Solignac from Gus's Market. Now I'm spoiled and I always crave for more...

Croissants were amazing! Seriously so yummy for bake at home, a real treat. I look forward to having these again and trying other treats! Do you sell online or at stores only? I’m in Santa Cruz, CA.
