Had dinner with a few friends there. Is a regular place for the friends but 1st time for me. The service was friendly n excellent. The food tasted average to me. I had solfshell crab ramen. The soup base lack wow factor n the crab was fry with corn meal,. It was not season n feel a bit gritty. I would not come back alone, but would come with my friends. This is their neighborhood place.

This cozy Japanese restaurant serves wonderful comfort food. The Katsu Curry was perfectly prepared. Every meal that was ordered looked phenomenal.
One of our favorite Japanese spots on the Peninsula. The sushi is always fresh, their staff is super nice and attentive, and they also have quite a few non-sushi options too. Their chicken katsu curry is probably the best one in the Bay Area.

What a wonderful neighborhood hidden gem. We came we ate we destroyed the treasure box, sushi taco, some kimindei, and the chef special hand roll. The staff was welcoming and esp. Jennifer was so sweet. Thanks to the team at Ichika for making our meal amazing.
