Excellent conveyor hotpot experience. Great selection of broths and ingredients. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Took the time to speak with a traveler and make him feel welcome. I liked it so much I came in two days in a row. Two different broths, two different but great experiences. I will be coming back with my wife next time I'm in town.

The purpose of eating in a restaurant is to have delicious food. Secondly, it’s a dish that you can’t make at home. The noodles in plastic bowls are instant noodles, which really doesn’t feel good. Have you ever gone to a restaurant to eat instant noodles?

A dear friend invited me to experience a bit of "traditional" Hong Kong style hot pot. It was a different experience for me as I had not been to a restaurant where you get literally a hot pot and then you have to dip meat of one form or another into it and you add all the ingredients on the fly -- egg, veggies, tofu? Etc... And apparently I started off wrong, but once she showed me how it was yum yum all the way through. Be sure to come hungry because it's an unending supply of soup and you can always order more of the beef, lamb or other meats. #TheBrokerWithAHeart.

Such a fun experience! Lots of variety. The flat noodles are my favourite, and the mala broth was the perfect spice level. All of the seafood is fresh and good quality. The meat is also good quality.

So much to choose from. Broth was delicious. They give you a seafood platter to start with. It had scallops, fresh fish balls and half a lobster tail. The pictures were all the items we picked off the conveyer belt minus the sea food platter. I personally prefer the seperate pots system as it is easier to manage allergies and preferences with spice in food. For $33 per person it was well worth it.
