Came here with my husband on New Years Eve morning for lunch. They have great customer service. Best price around the Bay Area for Hot Pot. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants hot pot with affordable prices and great service.

I found a hidden gem in this neighborhood !
I used to go to seapot on Daly City , but after coming to here at Round and Round , I will be coming here more often.
Not to mentioned , there are more cooked food here and service here is way better. (chicken wings are the BOMB) Atmosphere is just right , music level is not too loud and I was able to talk across my table. There are wide varieties of dessert and fruits to pick from, from ice cream to puddings. The last thing I look at are the restrooms. I really hate going into a dirty restroom at a Restaurant , especially with kids. One of the biggest reason is that the floor is wet at other restaurants. This restroom was clean , and I don’t mind going in with my kids more than once at this place.
For sure i will return again for dinner or even lunch at this restaurant . Highly recommend!

This place is really well priced (72.50 for 2) and has amazing food. The service is absolutely amazing they always encourage you to get some more from the included buffet bar for the AYCE, get more plates of meat, and tell you to get ice cream to go after paying. Absolutely Amazing in all ways. Definitely try if you're in the area. Will be coming back asap!

Loved the service in here. Very nice staff by everyone. But sadly the food did not match. The selection was poor, the quality lacked, and the soup lacked flavor. The atmosphere also needs a large update. With the price as a factor, I would have to say that I don't recommend.

Round and round pot is definitely the best hot pot restaurant I've been to. Prices are right, there is a huge variety of options and nothing was stale. There is a huge appetite buffet and a green tea ice cream machine. We got excellent service from who was definitely the owner. Will be back!!

Came with my father & sister in law for their first time at a conveyor belt hot pot. Not my normal spot, but they wanted to give it a try because we were picking stuff up in the area.
Got in at 5:30pm on Saturday and was seated immediately, which was great, but that was the pinnacle of the evening and things strangely couldn't get any better. The booth we got was a 4 top and luckily I got a side to myself, but it looked like my FIL and SIL were pretty much elbow to elbow on top of each other- hard to imagine? Well the that just equated to the table not being able to hold many trays- 3 trays of meat and a handful of side dishes and the table was packed. I appreciated the hot buffet, but didn't try for it, since the objective of the night was hot pot. The options on the belt were nice and and honestly looked and tasted pretty good for the most part, but the belt kept switching between backwards and forwards randomly so the signs that listed what was coming next at times were pointless because they showed up after the actual dishes :P.
What really took away a good experience was that the staff only fulfilled 2 meat replenishment orders, the initial and one other even though they came 4 times, and each time after we just repeated that we ordered the same meats 3x already. When we finally got the 2nd round of meat, maybe an hour into service, ALL 3 sets came at the same time from different waiters and they looked at each other and without speaking to us, just dropped off the one set and disappeared again.
Overall, they could've done better, but unfortunately the first experience of 2 first timers was really tarnished and not worth the experience to them.

A good selection of items and meats coming around the railings. Also, the cheap lobster coming is fine too, just remember to cook it for a longer. The different hotpots is a nice edition versus sharing. Also, look at those side dishes (and sauces)
Parking: Parking is like a strip mall so it's decent.
