Sheng Kee Bakery Central Factory

I have loved Sheng Kee for decades, but there's NO RETAIL here. Google maps indicates this is a retail bakery, but that is wrong.At this location, you can smell their delicious baked goods, but you cannot eat any of them! :(:(:(;)

This is not a retail bakery, this is an office and manufacturing center for wholesale only. We came here looking for a cake, and was politely turned away.

Bought the assorted moon cakes and there were no pineapple moon cakes. The box had4 date, 4 lotus and 4 red bean.

Union City Sheng Kee 生計, the worse service I ever received which ruin a little girl's birthday. Sheng Kee 生計 has teddy bear and rabbit birthday cake, so I show birthday girl the website, asked her to pick her favor birthday cake. She picked the heart shape chocolate cake. Tue 2/16, I went order a heart shape chocolate birthday cake and ask them put birthday girl name on it. Told them I will pick it up on 2/18 3pm. Before I leave, I saw 2 broken heart shape chocolate cake in the display window. 2/18 when I went to pick up the cake, they gave me one of the broken heart shape chocolate cake that I saw 2 days ago . I believe they were made before 2/14 to sell on 2/14, that mean it is 5 days old. The strawberry turn dark bruise red. The chocolate wall is broken, and cracked. I told them I ordered a fresh birthday cake on 2/16, I don't want a 5 days old, bruised, broken, cracked birthday cake. They said it is the only one available, they specially reserve it for me, chef did not make me a new one as I ordered. I asked where chef put the birthday girl's name, he said chef forget and chef left now. Birthday girl wants heart shape, I have no choice but get this only available bruised, broken, cracked birthday cake. Very disappoint. And my birthday girl wasn’t happy either.

My favorite bakery for mooncakes. I’m so glad they ship all over. I’ve ordered from them several times this past year and every order was delivered perfectly.

I ordered mooncakes for delivery. No refrigeration or special packaging. The back of the box says to keep in cool dry place but the box was hot when delivered. I would not recommend. Can't believe I spent so much for something I'll have to throw away.

I came here yesterday to buy some specialty breads and buns. They had a wide variety to choose from so I bought one of each. Each one tasted great especially the ones with cream and spring onions in them.

Bad service. Do not know. Customer service and don’t speak English!
