First no one was in the lobby when we showed up Travis was in the back cleaning Your employee rocky was in her car hanging out when I walked in she quickly followed after. I was explaining to Travis that i was here for our order. Back story my wife placed an online order and we were charged for it. Showed up to pick it up and it’s no where to be found. She claims it never came through that the internet crashed. Shows online that it was picked up. Money is out of my account. She was very unprofessional raising her voice and flailing her hands and arms with excessive amounts of attitude. So i asked for it to be remade. And had to pay again. Will include my order ect. She snapped at me when i ordered the sub of the day but added extra protein a 1.50 extra telling me that’s not a meal of the day that’s a deluxe sandwich. Travis was professional and polite. Im not sure what her issue is and why she was rude but management really needs to train employees on customer service. I get people are people and we all have bad days but to get so confrontational and come off so rude is enough reason for me to not want to return.

Sandwich was good, i had a hot pastrami on Italian herb and cheese bread. Which the bread is baked fresh every day. But prices are kinda high. Clean inside and out.

Stopped in for a sub to have during our park day and what a treat! Sandwich was amazing. It looked so good as it was being made and it was equally as good once I bite into it! Service was excellent!

We oreded online food was done fast but when we got there to pick it up the staff where having a conversation with a Costermer the whole time and messed up our order (it was missing half of the items we ordered and didn't put the right stuff in the sandwiches) they didn't say anything about needed to grab three bags of chips our cookies and drinks they were to wrapped up in there conversation to even really acknowledge that we were there every time we have called to try and get a refund we don't get a answer and it sounds like a fax machine (over all if your willing to not get half of what u order and your sandwich to be wrong then order from here)
