Horrible experience. Got 2 out of my 4 items, burned 2 of my pizzas made me wait 40 minutes and hadn’t even put my items in after the fact that they were burned. Completely terrible, management was rude and didn’t even try to apologize!

Yesterday this location was severely understaffed and not prepared for the crowd of “black friday” goers. I witnessed a hostile work environment, one of the employees loudly stated to everyone she was going to leave and said “bye” and laughed at the others that were still overly stressed and working. Another employee became very rude to the customer next to me by passive aggressively stating “I HEARD YOU” when the customer was trying to tell her which one was her pizza. I believe whoever is managing this location should have had more people working this day and also needs to create a less toxic work environment for the employees which will then help the employees be kinder to the customers.

The food is disgusting we go to the UCI location and the food is delicious. The second manager is rude giving attitude to customers rolling her eyes. Everyone is nice and kind and helpful bud very quiet cause it seems they cannot talk with the manager acting like that. She needs to be nice. I will never come back to this location again

We had such a great dining experience because of Treyvon. He was so helpful and friendly as we built our pizza. Plus, we discussed the finer points of blue cheese and mushrooms! It was nice meeting a young person who had such a great attitude at work with such great customer service. I don’t mean to sound condescending, but he was really terrific! He deserves a raise by at least recognition as employee of the month!
Walked out. Supposed to be open till 9pm. Entered at 8pm. They had no sauce, had to make it. Had no salads. We left. Ate elsewhere.

I mean, it’s just pizza, right? How expensive could it be? Well, sit down my friend, because you’re in for a ride—on a rocket ship straight to the land of overpriced dough.
First, you stand in line and admire the assembly line of fresh toppings, sauces, and cheeses. The employees are crafting each pizza with such artistry, you start to think, “Maybe I’m at a five-star restaurant, and this $12 pizza is actually a steal!” But then reality hits when you realize that $12 is for a basic pizza. Want extra cheese? That’s another dollar. How about some mushrooms or olives? Add a couple more bucks. Feeling adventurous and want that vegan cheese? Oh, buddy, now you’re in premium territory. By the time you finish loading up your “perfect creation,” you’re staring at a $20 bill for a pizza that you could’ve made at home for less than half the cost.
And let’s not even get started on the drinks. $4 for a soda? Blaze must have some special deal with the soda gods, because apparently their soft drinks are made of liquid gold. You could probably buy a share of stock in Coca-Cola for less than that. But hey, you need something to wash down that gourmet pizza, right?
Now, don’t get me wrong. The pizza is good. Really good. The dough is crispy yet chewy, the toppings are fresh, and the whole thing is cooked in a fancy fire-blazing oven that makes you feel like you’re eating something truly special. But special doesn’t always mean cheap, does it? You might walk out with your stomach full, but your wallet is definitely empty.
In summary, Blaze Pizza is where dreams are built and bank accounts are drained. Sure, it’s tasty, but unless you’ve got a pizza-sized hole burning through your wallet, maybe think twice before adding that extra dollop of garlic pesto drizzle. That’s going to cost you, too!

Bunch of rude children with bad attitudes!!! Place isn't kept very clean. NO napkins in dispenser. No utensils. No cups. They don't know how to cut a pizza. it was only cut into 4 slices and when I asked I got a major attitude. Never again!
