this place is awesome! i live in the area and this is a rather common place for me to hang out. the customer service is awesome and a couple of girls there actually recognized me and are very friendly! overall super sweet employees that answer all my questions. i have a lot of dietary restrictions and one girl was very transparent about what goes in their drinks which i highly appreciated. drinks were very yummy and i love their toppings. highly recommend!!!
Kid-friendliness: some drinks are sweeter so i think that could easily appeal to children and they have a short but sweet kids menu.
Dietary restrictions: very open about what goes in their drinks! even showed me the ingredients sometimes.

*Worst customer service + Argue with the customer + telling the customer to stop talking + being disrespectful to the customer + lying + try to rip off money from the customer + making the wrong order then refuse to do a refund and then try to blame the customer. ( sometimes miscommunication/misunderstanding happens I totally understand but not the yell at the customer).**Update: after receiving the own’s message I decided to add one star for own’s response, this did show me that own do care about he/her business. To be honest the business used to be better when it first opened, but the quality of customer service is being declining as time goes on (because I’m a regular, I always order there, I used to go almost every day if not every other day and I always order at least 2 drinks or 3-4drinks. I believe I might met the owner, she was nice and kind she even recognized me because I go order all the time. The the two girls I had on 3/17/2023 around 3-4pm really need some supervise at least one should tell the other one not to argue with the customer instead they both were yelling at the customer together as of their backing each other up.)

Do not try peach+passion fruit Green tea. It's worse. I love the other places green tea or other peach. Passion fruit but not this.Also the main drink, station milk tea is like brown sugar, too much syrup.

By far the best local boba! The staff is super nice and helpful, but you order via a tablet which is great when you are tweaking for some boba and not feeling social!I really enjoy all of the drinks with dairy, though I am lactose intolerant it ends up being fine!
