On Tuesday 21st of October at 11.30am, I fancied a thick shake. I walked into Brandinis and received, without doubt the Best customer service in my life. This wonderful assistant from Nebraska served me a Chocolate shake that was out of this world. So much so, I bought gifts to take back to Australia to tell everyone about the Incredible Brandinis. Wow what an experience

Amazing! We had the almond toffee bites and couldn’t stop eating them. We also got their milkshake and it was delicious. The guy working there was also very friendly

The guy that made my toffee shake was super watery and on top of that is was spilling everywhere walked in the place and immediately wanted to walk out maybe the Palm Springs location can change my review.

Excellent service, large chunk given as a sample. 10/10, it might be too sweet for some. Popcorn is also delicious. The toffee is superb.

The best toffeee ever!!! We always visit their store when we’re in Palm Springs. The toffee is soooo delicious. It’s buttery, soft crunchy not hard topped with a thick layer of creamy milk chocolate. We bought the 2lb bark pieces of toffee box, ice cream and toffee popcorn. The packaging for the 2lb is excellent. Very stylish, sheik black and box. Very very cute. I will be keeping the box. Well worth the price. Make sure to sign up for the reward program.
