Common sense is not common. My husband and a few cars were waiting in the driver thru for a long time.. I got out of the car to see why no one was speaking to us at the drive thru.. I meet this young black lady and she tells me her headset is broken. I ask her if she can put a sign on the drive thru screen that says, "pull forward to order!" No one knows to pull forward to order unless you have signage. She then tells me that she has no time to do that. How do you not have time?? I then tell her, to give me the paper and I will write it and she says no. That my queue to leave and never return. This location will not get my money or time every again. Please hire people who have common sense and use their brains

Typical Burger King food for those nights you crave something. I occasionally crave their chicken sandwiches. I wish they had fries and cokes like McDonald's though.

My son wanted a quick breakfast on our way to the outlet after visiting the Cabezon Dinosaurs. This location wasn't busy and was fast!Only a few people dining inside... It looked clean, I would have dined in if I wasn't in a rush.The food was made fresh and was just the right amount of goodness for him. It had a good size of cheese which is what he was craving.

This was a rest stop for us after a long morning of driving. The service was excellent even tho it was busy and although there were only a couple of women working they were holding down the register, food, cleaning and stocking. We don't frequent burger joints but when we get excellent service I'll definitely acknowledge it!

This is the worst fast food ever. It literally took me 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. If you enjoy sitting behind cars doing absolutely nothing and not getting your food. Then this is a great place for you. Do not expect to get in and out of here quickly.

Every time I come to this location the ice cream machine is supposedly being cleaned. I came this morning at 10:45 to get an ice cream to be told it’s being cleaned. So, I came back at 2:00pm and wouldn’t you know it, it’s being cleaned again. It must get dirty every hr. For the last few months this has gone on. It’s getting a bit old. The owner needs to start replacing employees.

super friendly staff. as they did not have decaf anymore, the lady offered my wife to use her own coffee powder. the lady cleaning the table made an extra effort and even wiped our table dry. an A+

I would give this burger king a zero if I could. The worst customer service and the food will make you vomit for days! The health department should shut this dirty place DOWN !!!!!!!!!!

I’d give zero stars and if I he’d the option to give a negative 100 stars I would , too. This place is ridiculous. Never opened even though website says it is. I went last night @7 pm on drive thru. No one answered they speaker so I drove up to window and two employees were there. A female turn her back and the guy was just hiding behind her. They are pathetic. This place needs to shut down or hire employees with manners who actually want to work!! Corporate offices needs to look into this. I’ve been live in area for 5 year and only twice I have been able to make a purchase but still with employees in a negative attitude ..

The food and service were good, but the impression was tarnished by how dirty the place was. Dirty floor needed mopping. The tables were not wiped down. The bathroom had standing water and was out of toilet paper. Additionally, water dripped from the ceiling light in the eating area, caught somewhat by a bucket, with a large wet area around it including the table, seats, and floor.

they got my order wrong twice and charge me an extra dollar. The hash browns were so salty that they made my chest burn. There are other restaurants service and food is a lot better then this one.

Took 10 min for gal to help us at all. More interested in drive thru traffic. Didn't pay attention to what I ordered. Some of worst service we've had at a burger King. Use them usually quite while traveling. Won't if only 1 person out front doing everything. Tables dirty.

I wish I could give this place no stars the cabazon, ca location is terrible, try to avoid it's a waste of time Burger King Cabazon location states they are open 7:00am to 9:00pm and here I am at 7:15pm there's two cars in the parking lot obviously someone's here we have seen them in the windows but yet no one answers the mic to let me know that they are not open or even hey we're not taking orders right now nothing. Avoid the Burger King Cabazon, CA location it will save you from disappointment and even more disappointing food. Burger King please do yourself a favor and close down the cabazon location obviously no one cares enough about your place of business to do you guys justice.
