I went to this Chipotle with my brother, and we both had an uncomfortable experience with the cashier. I asked for a cup of water, and the cashier replied sarcastically with a bad attitude , “It’s for water, right?” — as if assuming I was going to get another drink from the fountain.
I told my brother about it, and he said the same cashier had made a similar comment to him before. I think it’s really wrong to assume customers are doing something dishonest. I order water ALWAYS because I don’t like fountain sodas, not because I’m trying to take another drink.
I regularly go to Chipotle and have never experienced something like this before, so this was disappointing. I don’t think it’s appropriate to say this kind of stupid comments to the customers.

My burrito bowl and my husband's were so delicious and hefty, we actually could've had enough with just one for the both of us. We got the Carne asada burrito with white rice, both pinto and black beans, added the mild and the medium salsa, the corn, cheese, sour cream and extra lettuce that is the perfect combo. It has every kind of flavor that makes it mami 😋

I go to this chipotle a lot and every time I go, there is a worker there that has the NASTIEST attitude. I went in and everyone was distracted talking except for this one young man that was so nice and had EXCELLENT customer service and he was helping me with my order, I asked for a burrito and mid way of him making that burrito this girl comes and rips the tortilla out of his hand and almost starts putting meat in my burrito when i said no meat and when the young man corrected her she gave him a glare and continued with my burrito. She was just so messy on how she was serving the food and has no customer service skills and when i was ready to check out all she said was the total and pushed the bag and drink towards me. Honestly she ruined my meal and I feel so bad for the young man that she was being rude too. and this is NOT the first time she’s done this and she has been rude to me in the past. I wasn’t even going to make a review but today was my final push to make this.

Sometimes Chipotle is a hit or miss but today it was a HIT!! The service was great, it wasn't crowded, and the food was amazing! The guacamole actually looked like guacamole today! The lemonade was delicious nice and sweet, and my burrito was wrapped well and tasted well! My chips also were crunchy and not soggy. Great work today Chipotle 👏🏾
