Went to pick up my order at 940. They were in a rush to close even though they close at 10 and didn't have any steak left for my order or guacamole which I paid extra for. The tall black guy was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. He was more focused on going home than taking care of the customers before they closed. The food sucked also, it was the worst experience I've ever had there. Should definitely give the tall black guy a lesson on customer service and maybe look for someone else to take his place who actually works the entire shift ?

Very bad service from some guy who worked Wednesday October 16 at 7:30 Caucasian with glasses I didn’t get his name but when I asked for 2 bowls hardly put any rice he would shake it all off the spoon also when I asked for a bit more of brisket he said no even tho it wasn’t the portion size …asked for sour cream on my bowl and he didn’t even put half a spoon of sour cream very disappointed also asked for a lid since I got it for here and he forgot he need to work on his customer service

Walked in at 9:24 on a Friday.
Both employees looked at me with a scowling face as they were cleaning. One was cleaning the tortilla heater. The other one was cleaning the grill. All of the food trays were completely full of fresh looking food. I stood there for three minutes while the guy cleaned the tortilla thing right in front of me. He never said a single word I walked out and as someone was walking in, I jokingly said good luck, amazing people like this get hired

I stopped by at this Chipotle today at 10:25am not realizing they were still closed. I saw a open sign, so I walked in. I was on a call when I walked in, so, i wasn't in a position to order, so I stood by the tables. A girl came by to tell me they are closed. I said: the doors are open. She said:" that doesn't matter" and she proceeded to escort me out of restaurant, as if I was getting in the way of something. Horrible service. Keep your doors locked if you don't want people walking in.

What a filthy place. On Sunday afternoon, bins filled with garbage, trash all over the floor, counters dirty, tables dirty. Just a one filthy Chipotle. Nobody has the time to wipe the counters, sweep and take the trash out?

This location has a culture of rude personnel and substandard service. Upon walking in, not one emploee acknowledged customers at the counter. Then, when I had to yell over the counter to ask one of three employees visible to me to ask if they’re still open (as once again, no acknowledgement), I was finally told that the one individual who had been cleaning tables was going to assist. When that person made it to take our order, he was so unbelievably rude that my in-laws and I decided against spending our heard earned money at the establishment. I’m very interested to see if management acknowledges this culture of rudeness and addresses this comment/concern.
The staff here are very professional and friendly. I went this place with my family members. Some of them have never tried this before and they don’t speak English. The staff were patient and helpful. I also made a mistake and asked for a refund for two orders of guacamole. I was so confident that we didn’t order them, but I was wrong. From their side, I was very rude and dishonest, but they just handled it very professionally and we could solve the issue without much conflict if there is any. The food is good as usual, and the place is clean too.

The food was great don’t get me wrong but the service was horrible the female who was making the food was supper rude and it just looked like she was bothered by the customers, only the cashier was a bit nice to us, and they’re restrooms were not clean at all.
