I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering basic customer service, they misbehaved and even yelled at me without any valid reason. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve always enjoyed the food at Five Guys, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their employees.

I ordered a cheeseburger and French fries. The fries had an abundance of salt. I went to the line where you pick your food up and explained it to the lady. She was rude and told me I'll replace them but move the bag from there (with an attitude). She was referring to the fries. I got my fresh fries and guess what. 🧂 Salty was her middle name. I'll never go back to that spot. Threw my fries away. Waste of money. I won't waste my energy.

The burger was a sloppy mess fell apart when eating it won't be doing that again
Although I'm not complaining about the taste, since both the hamburger 🍔 and the hotdog 🌭 weren't that bad, I can complain about someone. The poor service that ends it all. The girl who served me didn't even try to be nice. I wanted to try it speaking in Spanish and she said she didn't understand but then she proved otherwise. But this isn't the problem, but the dirtiness of the tables. I asked for towels and a chlorine spray to clean the table where we would eat. It turns out that not a single table was clean. Not one. Another minus point is that they don't even have trays to put the food on. So you have to figure out how to eat on dirty tables, with flies and on the paper where they wrap your food. Definitely, next time I would look for a better place. I leave you the evidence. And what I write is for improvements. I hope you take it into account. The people who eat there deserve dignity..

I asked for one med fries charge me for two when from the beginning she had already said feels two . I’m 71 years old don’t eat that much so had to dump other fries cause didn’t notice on receipt till I noticed two fries. When I told her now she’s I wanted two which I never would have done. Their food is well OVER
