I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering basic customer service, they misbehaved and even yelled at me without any valid reason. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve always enjoyed the food at Five Guys, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their employees.

I ordered a cheeseburger and French fries. The fries had an abundance of salt. I went to the line where you pick your food up and explained it to the lady. She was rude and told me I'll replace them but move the bag from there (with an attitude). She was referring to the fries. I got my fresh fries and guess what. 🧂 Salty was her middle name. I'll never go back to that spot. Threw my fries away. Waste of money. I won't waste my energy.
