Have ate here probably 15-20 times over the last couple years. Always amazing service at the bar. One of the best beef dips with horseradish around. Also the Asian salad with extra dressing is incredible.

Went to the good times cafe at the morongo casino and ordered the angus burger and a cob salad. Burger was delicious!!!! The salad was good the only thing is that as usual restaurants make critical mistakes, I specifically asked for blue cheese crumbles on the side as my wife does not like it. I pointed out to the server to please make sure the salad has crumbles on the side as everywhere we ask for specific basic instructions and some how fail to execute and causes guest to complain . The salad was remade but the damage was done we ate our burger first and had to wait for them to make us another salad it should of have been an easy fix if the had only prepared the food as ordered.. look the reason why i started reviewing restaurants is because guest are getting tired of getting short changed on Service food and atmosphere. Restaurants need to take ownership of their mistakes and start acting on it and not get defensive when let them know how this can improve. I say this not because of good times café is another restaurant I reviewed where the owner sent me a message and instead of of apologizing and taking ownership I order to improve he sent me a nasty response.

I felt discriminated, we got seated 30min in NO ONE ever came to offer us drinks nor anything no waiter came. When I let the hostess know she said she would let the manager know but still no one showed up!! Mind you my family & I waited on the list for 45min prior. Good thing there is cameras all over!!!

Not the place to order steak at. We were seated immediately, which was nice.
On the other hand they did sit us down in the area where the bartender was also waiting on tables. He was a bit overwhelmed and did not check up on us unless we called him over.
Although I do have to say that he was really nice and he also was able to get my mother a plain croissant with her oatmeal which was nice of him.
My brother opted for the All American breakfast with the bone in ham and it was a well served platter. He asked for the bone in ham with lightly cooked hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. His hashbrowns were cooked exactly like he ordered them.
I opted for the steak and eggs after asking if that would be a good choice to order and him stating yes. The platter was well served but unfortunately I asked for the steam medium rare and it even had a toothpick stating medium rare. That steak was no where near medium rare it was more like medium well.
The waiter was so busy that I did mention it to him but asked not to remake it because it was so packed that im certain they would take forever.
Needless to say would I order the steam again, no I wouldn't. Would I come back yes.
It was a super clean restaurant and they do offer a variety of dining options.

Sunday October 26th I had a delicious birthday dinner. It started off with a very nice and patient waitress by the name of Shannon.
I ordered the Prime Rib (end-cut) my fav. It was perfect, the mash potatoes were fluffy and the asparagus taste. I also asked for a side of scrambled eggs with cheddar, sautéed onions and a bagel.
My Mom ordered the New York steak and eggs over easy. Hashbrowns, wheat toast and decaf coffee. Our order arrived in a timely manner and was just soo amazingly wonderful 😍
Our waitress Shannon, had to take her brake so her manager (Paul) stepped in to keep an eye out in case we needed anything.
Paul was professional and personable. He would later arrive with Kanyon the young bus boy and a slice of cheesecake with strawberries.
They began to sing happy birthday while a few customers joined in. It was a touching moment for me.
Paul, Shannon & Kanyon keep up the good work. We hope to see Kanyon as wait on our next visit. He shows great potential.
Thank you Good Time Cafe for a memorable 70th BD.
