I've been to restaurants where I've followed yelp reviews that were highly rated, and have been beyond disappointed. Luckily I did not read the yelp ratings on this restaurant before trying it because had I done so I probably would've have ate there. I'm glad we tried it because it was not only delicious but the customer service was great. We ordered the baked Ziti, potatoes, pasta, salad, and breadsticks- EVERYTHING was delicious. Even the filtered water was good. And it was topped off by having amazing customer service, the gentleman taking our order was very friendly and patiently waited as we decided what we were going to order. I highly recommend this place.

This eatery is inside Morongo Casino food court. I checked out most other eateries, Good Time Cafe, the other restaurants, and I felt this had the best value for a lunch. It is not run by Morongo. They do not have the 10% off slot card discount. I settled for the Ziti and 2 meatballs, one side and a breadstick for $15.99. Piecing out the meal, the Ziti comes in a 24 ounce foodservice container that was almost filled to the top. The meatballs were on top. The meatballs were the size that Pechanga food court has for $3 each al a carte. Breadstick was wider than Olive Garden size and had an herb-like seasoning that was good. The side green salad I chose was in about an 8 ounce foodservice container. Salad was fresh, crisp, and good Choice of 3 dressings in a cup, Italian, Ranch, Caesar. For me, I was happy with the service, food quality, and food court seating. I was there at about 11:15am on St. Patrick's Day. It seems the best value is with the meals as opposed to the pizza slices. I was satisfied, relative to the other choices in Morongo eateries.

The guy with all the tattoos tried to over charge me and laugh about it never coming to this low down crooked pizza place ever again and will be telling everyone in the casino I have a chance

Almost $10 for a tiny slice of pizza is a bit too much. On top of that, they didn’t heat it up all the way. Crust was one third of the slice. Taste wasn’t bad, that’s why it hot the 2 stars, or else it doesn’t deserve even 1

6 of the last 7 Reviews here have been 1-star ones. That pretty much says it all about this outrageously-priced place with sucky food. Imagine paying $35 for a pizza or $8.50 per slice!!! It was so bad, that I only ate half of my slice and will never again return to this place. And, to add insult to injury, they do NOT accept the Morongo's Player's card for the normal 15% discount as most others do. WHY? BAD MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP.

I'm surprised I've never written a review for this place before. I've been here several times, and my affinity for pizza should have screamed at me for not writing a review. Sadly, it's not going to be the best review. I love pizza, with all my heart, but this pizza just isn't that good. It's a typical fast food pizza joint. Bake the entire pizza, have it sit for however long under heat lamps until someone buys a slice, throw it in the over for a couple minutes, as if that makes it fresh again, and serve. Problem was, most other places do it better. The sauce had an odd taste to it. The cheese never re-melted so it tasted like old cheese just warmed up, and then crust was kind of crunchy, like it was stale. Now, in the past, I've had their breadsticks, where were generally pretty good. But this time, they looked like those hard skinny breadsticks you might find at a bar. Therefore, I did not order them this time. Throw in the fact that they are selling this so-called food at airport prices, and you have a bad experience. I will say this, the employee working there was very sweet. Luckily, my impression of her was made before I tasted the food.

Those people who say that there is no such thing as bad pizza have not eaten here. But for $8/slice I wasn't going to throw it away. And at least the toppings were generous. The woman working there was very nice. I feel a little bad about the negative review on the food.

This place is the place , if you want good pizza. The best in town. And me and my 2 friends said thanks again for the meal. And I will be letting all my colleagues know about this name.. L.A Italian Kitchen. ? ?

Terrible customer service. My kids wanted to have pizza so I told them to go and see what they want. The cashier saw them and shoo them away so we went next door to Panda Express. Hope they improve their customer service.
