Tried the chicken tenders that have been reintroduced to the menu; NASTY !!! Three out of the four that I had were rubbery and no taste at all. I ordered the regular hamburger that was $2.29; what a joke !!! It would not even be good for a 6 year old. Small, thin meat patty, ketchup, and 1 pickle; again NASTY. You are the service factor because you use a kiosk to order, and an overwhelmed overworked young lady brings out the, so called food; yikes. The place was close to the outlet, and I just got lazy. If I had just gone down the street, there was an in-n-out; my fault. NASTY McDonald's, bad McDonald's, it was my lazy fault; NASTY !!!!!!!

This is the first 5* that I gave to a McD. Here’s the reason: we stopped by on our way home from Arizona to charge up the Tesla (right next door to the McD) and walked in to get some bites while waiting for the Tesla to charge. We didn’t realize that we walked into the restaurant about 5 minutes before closing time. The staff gladly prepared our order and waited patiently until we were done eating, which was well past 8:30 p.m. Not only that, the chicken nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich tasted better than I can remember, probably because they were freshly made and didn’t sit in the warmer at all. And the decaf I drank was definitely better than what i had from Starbucks. This place closes when all the shops are closed at the Premium Outlets Mall next to the restaurant.

horrible service. i work next door at the cabazon mall and even the times when there’s no one in the drive through they still somehow manage to take about 15 mins to take your order out. I ordered ahead of time on the mcdonald’s app knowing how long they take and yet i still waited for 15 more mins when the app said my food was ready.

Typical McDs experience only dislike you cannot combine Deals with Rewards in order to use you soon to expire Rewards points and stretch your dining dollars during these harsh economic times.
My girlfriend ordered a large caramel macchiato before work, they gave her a medium, and when she went back, making her late for work the young lady at the window said that her manager doesn’t allow to fill up the cup with all the ingredients because of light ice, when every other McDonald’s location Gives you a actual large.

The lady at the first window taking my order was extremely racially biased, I ordered 20.00 worth of food using their app to receive 20% off . She tried to say she could not give us a discount after, acting like she didn’t speaking English very well but proved to be an act when we pulled up to that first window to pay for the food. We even offer to by another item to make the total 22. & this woman still said no to us.. this is just the first consumer out reach!!

Great McDonalds we just got a senior decaf coffee and everyone was so kind .. helpful, especially the new employee from Queens NY .. what a guy. I would go back just to see what’s up .. he is on it. Clean bathrooms .. clean restaurant.. thank you
