I had a very disappointing experience at the Panda Express location today. I placed a mobile order, which I do regularly, and was told at the drive-thru that mobile orders were only for dine-in customers, which I hadn’t heard before. The employee’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as she rolled her eyes and rushed through the interaction. When I received my order, it was incomplete— I ordered a 12-pack of Cheese Rangoons but only got 3. After such poor service, I felt too uncomfortable to go inside to address the issue. This was the worst experience I've had at this location.

I go to this location often due to large vehicle parking a short distance away. My experience with all the staff has been exceptional except for one individual - Marina. Her attitude, her stare and demeaner all creeped me out. Zero smile zero friendliness at the register. Her attitutde was so strongly displayed towards me that even the supervisors and management felt her service was unsettling; as it was first hand. The staff knows I am friendly and cosistant with my approach with each member of the team. I hope that this team member has a meeting with the upper staff and she can improve her commitment to providing stellar service at this excellent Panda Express.
Parking: Clean lot for every restaurant nearby with a furl station for personal vehicles. Commercial vehicles are allowed on premises to park near the service travel centers or areas where parking is clearly marked ir seen by othe com vehicles. NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE charging stations near the travel plaza by In N Out, Panda Express, or others major vendors.

The person took my order name ROSE is the nicest and most professional person I never saw .i didn’t care if the food is good anymore .best service and she had a smile all the time . Good job panda for hiring ROSA she is so sweet . And I will go back just because of her .
