Ordered the Kung Pow CHICKEN bowl. Got the sorta bowl. Fried rice. With lotsa vegetables. A piece of chicken. And weak Kung Pow. No peanuts. No spiciness. And very little chicken. Save yourself the money. Just order a side of fried rice and ask for some hot sauce. Way better than falling for the "kung pow CHICKEN scam"

Dog food, disgusting. Other Panda restaurants vary but this one is really bad. I couldn't finish my food and I'm not that picky.

I accidentally order from the wrong store.. but did not know this until I got to this store. The drive through worker was extremely rude and told me that I ordered from the other store.. being that I have not been to the outlets to eat.. I did not know where the store was.. I tried to ask for directions and she just walked away letting the door slam shut. Nice… hope she learns the hard way that customer service is important….

This is the worst ran panda I have been to. They always and I mean ALWAYS forget something. I always go thru the drive thru but always have to park and walk inside to get what they forgot. They also always make me wait for my food because they are making it. It takes like 15 min. Why can't they have it made before running out? I don't understand. This establishment is supposed to stay open til the specified time that it says on their door but always locks the door 30 min early. This place sucks and the employees are useless. Panda management please get this place back to the way it used to be.

We are from out of state and stopping at the Morongo Gas Station. I called before 10pm to ask if they were still open. They said they close at 2. But the cooks stop cooking at 1am so to come before 1. We arrived at 10:30 to a completely closed Panda….

I went to pick up food before going home because I work 10 hour days this month and I was so unhappy they gave me barely food and it was All crispy orange chicken come on people let’s go better I mean would you eat this no so don’t serve this I payed a lot for this sad

Worst panda express!!! the lady who served me barely put any rice , chow mein and 2 sides. The rice was hard and the orange chicken tasted old and hard too. Never coming back!!!!
I seriously don’t understand how this panda is still functioning, they literally serve you old food. Both the fried rice, and chow mein were disgusting, both were hard and cold. I went the teriyaki chicken, and literally it was uncooked. Never have I had a bad Panda Express experience, until I bough from this specific establishment. They will never be getting my business, would rather go the pizza place next to it.

Great place to go if you want food poisoning. Had a plate of orange chicken with the fried rice. I was on the toilet at least 6 times that night with nausea and dizziness.

This is a great spot to stop for some nourishment while on a shopping spree at the Outlets. We ordered a couple of bowls for lunch. My Orange Chicken with Fried Rice was delish.

This place is so slow in service and doesn't know how to communicate with their staff. And Alexis and Derek who claim they are managers said they are short staffed and made me wait 20 mins for chow mein. Cashier took the order and told me it'll take 3mins and I ended up waiting 20mins. Please communicate with staff and hire more cook than MANAGERS. Haha

3/6/22 Employee serving the food didn't seem to care about the customers. They had no rice no honey walnut shrimp and didn't inform customer before they waited 25 minutes in line. Also the compow chicken only had veggies and no chicken.
