FIRST TIME HERE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING LIKE THEY ADVERTIZE ON FACEBOOK. SO JUST ORDERED CHAI TEA ONE PUMP WITH ALMOND MILK. I THINK THEY ADDED MORE ALMOND MILK AND NO CHAI TEA. WAS LIKE DRINKING FAT FREE MILK.

I ordered a latte at the drive thru. Got a few exits away and realized they gave me a drip coffee instead. But they definitely charged me for the latte. So disappointing.

Editing to add: it’s nice to offer that I could return and the beverage would be replaced, but when I realize and am now several exits away, that’s not realistic. This was really disappointing, I try to be smart about my money and a $5 latte is a special treat.

On a drive thru order, they gave us the wrong drink (a plain brewed coffee instead stead of a flavored lattee). Attempted to contact the store, they were rude and would not make it right.

I've never seen a Starbuck's so negleted! Customer service was terrible! The cashier kept randomly stopping to talk to the staff and while taking our order. We had to tell her that was it for our order, she again started talking to other staff. Finally, our order was called and of course of she would of been focus it wouldn't have been wrong. I informed the barista the order was wrong and she looked annoyed.

In addition, the bathrooms were dirty and needed mayor attention. I was shoked! I have never seen a Starbucks so dirty!

Very helpful with a matcha that is new and not been correctly addressed by corporate to solve it in real time for stores like this that are expected to serve fast and well to travelers at a heavily used drive through. They took time to remake the drink rather than give me a clumped bad bevvie. Very correct and awesome. Thank you and hey #starbucks let’s help them fix this rather than leave it a known issue! ☑️
