Very slow. I ended ip waiting for 20 minutes for my drink, in the end when I asked them what was happening, they said it was coming right up. I waited for 5 min more and asked for a refund and left.
Highly incompetent staff. Incredibly slow.

I go to Starbucks very often but after today I am very disappointed. We were shopping at the cabazon on outlets and it was a really hot day. My 2 year old went up to the window to ask for water and they denied a glass of water. It was extremely sad and I was disappointed at how the baristas handled the situation.

Slowest Starbucks in the planet - they are just socializing and zero drinks coming out - one per 5 minutes which is ridiculous

I’ve honestly been trying to give this Starbucks a chance, and at times they can be pretty good considering how busy they always are. The problem I have however, is the baristas themselves outright ignoring (today I had stood for 15 minutes) and even slamming the window in my face I typically mobile order, and many times I’ve had to leave my food/drink there since I would be late returning from my break at work. Today I went to get a refund from today’s too-late order, and the barista decided to forgo the refund and remake a sandwich I needed to eat 3 hours prior, on my meal. As she handed me the sandwich, she wished me a good day, but made no mention of issuing the refund. I didn’t even want the sandwich at this point. I am beyond frustrated and tired of ordering from a Starbucks with such little care for their customers.
