That bbq walburger was awesome! Customer service was lacking. The guy didn't greet me just looked at me and waited for me to say something! Horrible customer service!

Food was meh. They were out of everything we wanted. No fried pickles, no ice tea, burgers were greasy and dripping everywhere. Nothing special for the price. In n out is right across the parking lot- save your money and go there. Also opening packets of ketchup for fries just buy a big container and some little cups.

Came here to redeem my comp and was excited to finally try Wahlburgers...thought a celeb spot would hit different. I was wrong.
Sat down, placed my number, and waited. My Super Melt came out lookin' rough...bottom of the box was a straight-up oil puddle. Bread was soggy and dripping. For a $17 burger? Nah. Taste was bland too, no flavor punch at all.
Honestly, just walk across to In-N-Out—you’ll leave happier and with extra change in your pocket.

Yesturday, Friday, I went with my family around 2pm. They give us good customer service. The food came out quickly, about 12 minutes. The price are reasonable for a casino. The staff was very friendly.

Burgers are extremely dry, everything is charged separately. Burgers are priced around $16 and fries cost a little more than $5. Crazy prices!! They charge $1 for bottled ranch and the cup is filled less than halfway. Definitely take your money and go eat at the food court. They have the same burgers for half the price. Very disappointed. I thought it would live up to the hype. Employees are rude and act like you are inconveniencing by ordering food. Takes approx 20 min for a burger and fries so be prepared.

I see people complain about the price of the food but it’s inside Morongo casino where a pack of smokes runs $20 and everything is more. The food is good here and they make everything to order not like I’m In and out where everything is pre cooked and they just adjust your order. You won’t find better service anywhere if you get the older gentleman behind the counter. He looks like a Wahlburg. Check this place out. It’s good!

My first and last time trying this place.. We order 5 burgers that we're 13.95 with no drinks or fries. Additionally, we order the sweet potato fries and onion rings that looked like scraps . This was a total of $80. Food was not all that. Burgers were sad, burly had any lettuce. I ordered a med well and got all extra well done. I waited about 45min for an order and communicated to them why was it talking too long and they said they were slamed? The food court was slamed, and food was made so much quicker. Once food was delivered, no condiments were available. I was told I had to go get them. At this point, I was so frustrated and disappointed. This isn't even a sit-down restaurant with a servers. You're better off going to in-n-out or the food court literally.

How petty and unnecessary was that! I'm sure the highly successful Wahlberg clan wouldn't denied that to a loyal fan!

I come to Walburgers over and over because of the Outstanding Service of Amanda!! It doesn’t hurt that the food is good.
Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Burger.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring the whole family. They have an amazing kids menu. Once Again my Husband and I come here often. Amanda is so sweet. We feel like she’s a Family member. Walburger keep up the great work.

Great experience. Had watched the show many times, but never near any locations. I guess you'd call this a satellite location of them, but it didn't disappoint. Was extremely busy, but staff handled it well. You could tell a couple of them were rattled, but food was excellent. Will definitely be back.
