I asked for 3 boxes at the end waited 15 minutes, I finally had to get up and ask another waitress if we could get boxes. They were not busy at all and there were several waiters attending other tables.

This place is nest of nasty people from the staff to the frequent customers who become their clicks. If you do not join or become part of clan you become a target. They tolerate anything from suoer intoxicated customers who are friends with staff to even sexual harrasement/assault on patrons. Mark the district manager is well aware of the incidents and prefers to turn the blind eye, instead of taking action, clesrly intimidated by his staff who control the restaurant. If you want to have a drink with your partner watch out with the drunk loud frequent customers.

Dude, I just went tonight with a couple of my friends and ordered the Complete Combo, pretzel bread, and some of the wonton tacos. Brother, I got food poisoning alongside my friends. I’m definitely not coming back here ever again. Worst 100-something dollars I’ve ever spent in my life. The food was sub-par, the which is surprising because the Applebee’s in El Centro is a thousand times better. There is simply no reason to dine at this one, just drive the extra 5 miles, dawg, unless you really wanna get sick.

Walked in with my wife an daughter a few ugly looks but so what were hungry waitress comes over takes our order after trying to understand Our English she got our order about 20 minutes later out comes our food or should I say out comes these miniature chicken strips an the shrimp all bottomless with bottomless fries sad thing is our food was barley warm we ate it without a complaint 10 minutes later second round this time everything was hot perfect or maybe not got a watermelon lemonade refill an they ordered 1 more round my daughter was full so she didn't touch her last plate mind u the waitress thought she was doin us a favor I asked for a Togo box for my daughter but our waitress didn't speak enough English to say you can't have Togo boxes from the bottomless items cool I understand I asked for a refill on my drink the lady who had to explain it made my drink 10 minutes after that drink I was running to the toilet I never had to use the restroom like that in my life I almost 💩 my pants I honestly think someone put something in my drink because God as my witness that was all we ate.. I don't recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy.....

I don’t go to Applebee’s expecting a five-star experience, but I do expect the bare minimum: decent service, edible food, and some basic professionalism. This location couldn’t even manage that.
Our visit started off okay, but things quickly went downhill. We waited an hour and a half for our food after some of our appetizers were sporadically brought out. We stayed patient, but after that long wait, we asked to speak with the manager. Magically, the food appeared a few minutes later—but it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp the entire time. The steaks were dry and undercooked, the cheese was stiff, the pasta was dried out, and the mashed potatoes were crusty. It was clear the server had forgotten about our food and left it sitting there for far too long.
The manager was incredibly rude. She offered a $20 discount on a $250+ bill—which is fine—but when I mentioned we never received three of our appetizers, she said, “Well, I already gave you a discount for the bad service,” and expected us to pay for food we never received. She continuously interrupted me, refused to listen, and eventually just walked away mid-conversation.
Our server returned shortly after and literally said, “I don’t care what happened, I’m not getting involved.” Wow.
Aside from the host, the entire staff looked like they couldn’t care less and wanted to be anywhere else. It’s no surprise this location already has a bad reputation—I now understand why.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go anywhere but here.

After waiting for an hour and a half for all our food to come out ( which you could clearly tell was sitting for a very long time ) the manager in charge showed no WANT to address the situation the way a DECENT manager should. Not only did we receive horrible service and cold food but we were missing MULTIPLE PLATES. She insisted there was nothing she could do to void these off our check because she had already given us a $20 discount for the cold food.( keep in mind our check was way over $200). WE DIDN’T RECEIVE these plates which value way more than your $20 and you’re making us pay for them ? Please make this make sense. We tried to explain the situation to the server and she used the wording “I don’t care” “I dont want to get involved”….this is your table. You should always care. This establishment clearly does not care for the customer. WORST Applebee's to ever visit.

Please! Do not waste your time going into this establishment. You will feel totally ignored. Somebody dropped a menu as soon as I walked in which while that is a good start it took about 15 minutes for somebody to walk back up to me just to let me know that for some reason their bar is out of Jack Daniels. Not offering another option, and basically just walking away. Nobody walks into an Applebee’s and expects top-tier service or anything, but basically don’t waste your time if you’re looking for any sort of entertainment for the night. Probably one of the worst Applebee’s in the country.
