They have the worst customer service and are lazy about food preparation. The fries I got were thrown back into the oil to be reheated and are way too salty, not fresh at ALL. The burgers were fine, but the sides are always bad, they probably need a new fryer person. I tried again a few months later and same problem is still happening. And whoever packs their doordash items is also lazy, no ranch no napkins nothing when the order specifically asks for some. They do whatever they want to and just offer a free combo, why not give it right in the first place? Im disappointed.

It is not the same when you order a hamburger that you see on the menu as the one they serve you to eat at the place. It seems like a deception to me since they charge and pay for what they promote, but the reality is that they serve you very differently in quantity and quality. or it is very BAD.
