Food is very delicious and authentic Mexican style chicken 🍗 that is worth a drive to Calexico for. The side dishes are also on point! The prices are very reasonable and the service is awesome! A must 👍
The food I've had here has been good, problem with them is that they run out of chicken often. I've called three consecutive times in a span of about 2 months and all three time they were out of chicken. When a restaurant's only main dish is chicken, you'd figure that they would make sure to have enough in stock.
I am from San Diego, but I have lived in the Valley for the last 10 yrs. I had a favorite place in San Diego for chicken, Pollos Mi Pollo is every bit as good if not more delicious. This is my new favorite place to eat.
