I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement of being at the counter. The customers behind me were equally irritated. Then when I attempted to buy my meal they were out of chicken. The employees are the most incompetent, negative and lazy of any I have witnessed recently.

They provided an incomplete order, there were missing sides (biscuits). We also asked for ranch which were not provided either, and it was stated in the window that it was placed in the bag. Unfortunately, we realized until we were at home. Also, the mashed potatoes didn't have good flavor. We didn't call them back because we didn't get the receipt to verify what it was charged. So, far I don't like the service.

Now I see why they only have 1 star rating, I don't even know if I would even give them that rating. We ordered the chicken sandwiches, chicken was small, salty, and way over sauced, and then I ordered the new chicken wings, 1 ordered was with the wrong sauce, they wouldn't correct (so right in the trash they went), and the other order was correct sauce but nasty, bad taste, so little chicken, not worth the money. The place was not clean (tables, floors, around the drink fountain) ... and the staff working was a joke, didn't care, very poor customer service. Don't waste your time going to this popeyes chicken!!!!!!!

Really disappointing food. No wonder the place was empty. I will never go back to this place. Very small portions and the chicken sandwich was too salty. Mac and cheese was probably old, dry crust on the top.
Food is great, unfortunately they missed large side in my order and didnt realize until got home, customer support is not able to help reimbursing or compensating for sizable missing

Beans and Rice is D.R.Y. Why? Because for some reason THIS particular Popeyes puts a smear of beans and mostly all rice. I've ordered this side twice and someone else i know noticed the same discrepancy. . I wonder why they aren't putting the correct amount of beans in the container whatever the reason, it's disappointing, yet another valley establishment cutting corners.
