The employee is very rude and was yelling looks like he has an issue with Spanish speaking customers he was throwing the veggies and condiments on the sub and would purposely do the opposite of what was asked of him if they don’t like their job then quite don’t take it out on the customer by the way the subs don’t taste the same never going back their that rude employee sucks and should be fired

I went today at around 12:50 their was no one their but me my mom and an elderly lady who was already ordering. Both ladys had sour faces walking in. The cashier litterly yeld at the older lady in her face for asking is she could get diffrent chips. Just straight up yeld at her, the lady payed with card and it was yanked out of her hand. I was just ordering my sandwich with another lady and she was making faces at me everytime i told her what to put on. Shes just throwing things like she doesnt care witch she didnt. When i asked for bell pepper shes was talking all Sarcastic at me and my mom raising her voice me and my mom just left . Like wth you work in Customer service why are you like that? Ik people have a bad day but you both were horribleFEB,1,202412:40 in the morning.

It can't be that it is an American franchise and they are not alike in quality, flavor or price. I ordered some potatoes and they were pure morusas full of fat and overcooked, the tuna with the lettuce all yellow and the bread hard and tasteless. I will never return. I do not recommend it, I went to the Soriana Plaza Carranza branch ?

Visited on 07.23 and Jesus helped us out. Pretty horrible service. Almost gave a vibe like he did not want to help out. Truly horrendous service. Made my family feel uncomfortable. I understand if the place may be understaffed (since it looked like it may have been) but still, uncalled behavior on Jesus’ part. My wife asked for a cup and got a rather upsetting response from Jesus. Definitely not coming back to this business and I am completely dissatisfied. Thank you.
