Good pizza. They haven't let us down

I ordered for delivery a few times online pretty easy and always arrives on time. Food is hot and tasty. The pepperoni and meat lovers pizza is good as well as the boneless wings. Good portions for the price.

Orderd a pizza and wings took 2 hours to deliver the only reason they deliver was because I called to ask about the order. What ever you do don't get it delivered.

On Wednesday January 29th we were moving to a new place, and I thought Jesse's Pizza would be great for these guys who worked so hard moving things. I placed the order and received confirmation that it would be about 20 minutes for the order to be ready and delivered. About 20 minutes later, I got a call from a young lady at the restaurant, asking me if I lived in Mojave, and I said yes. The young lady then told me that they don't deliver to Mojave. She said they only deliver to customers in California City and as far out that they would deliver to, would be the Shell Gas Station, so I said I'll just come to the Shell and pick up the order. Then she said I'm not talking about the Shell Gas Station in Mojave, but the one in California City. I told her, mam we are right in the middle of moving as we speak, and I need to feed my guys, I am not driving all the way to Cal City for this. The problem I have with this whole situation is that, my address had to be on the order when I placed it. As soon as they saw that I was in Mojave, someone should have called right then. But they waited until after the order was ready and then called to tell me that couldn't deliver. That's not how you do business. I hope if this happens again with another customer, You won't delay calling to inform them that you can't deliver to their address. That would be the professional way to handle it.

Great pizza. Always love there pizza,but they need a manager because to show them customer service. Every pizza place I have ever been to at least acknowledge customer when they arrive..even when there taking an order on the phone. I understand it gets busy but just acknowledging that " oh IL be right with you" would of been nice , instead of completely ignoring when I arrived to pick up my pizza. I'm sorry but other than that pizzas great. Thank you. Also my condolences to the owner family.

My son ordered pizza from here earlier and I only ate a small piece I started feeling nauseous wanting to throw up using the bathroom cheese tasted spoiled I just now got my stomach to settle down with ginger ale n peto think I had a small case of food poisoning

Love the pizza it’s so good ! Just wish I could take another pizza so bad ! The pineapple pizza is amazing . Just wish the ranches were a little cheaper 90 cents for ranch come on ?

LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERE. Ordered over the phone for a pick up order. A large pizza, 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and a large dinner salad. Simple order. Got home, no salad dressing. We paid $9 for a large dinner salad/NO SALAD DRESSING and drove there to pick it up. Called back and they said they would have the dressing sent out right away. 20-25 minutes down the line, NOTHING! They said they will refund my money for the salad. We'll see.

Don’t put reviews out because of private policies though tonight such incredible service, food and good vibes. Though it’s usually like that at Jessie’s Pizza. We don’t live in the area and It’s a drive for us to go but I can say hands down it’s worth the drive. Pizza, salad, calzones and pasta my children and myself always happy! ???

The food was absolutely deeelicious and the staff were very nice. The restaurant itself was extremely hot and dated.
