This is a restaurant that i like because, the staff keeps getting better and better everyone i go it's a little cleaner, staff is a little nicer, and food gets served quickly, this McDonald's is on the right path to success!

THEY DON'T SPEAK RUSSIAN

I’m not from town but figure you can’t go wrong with McDonald’s. Extremely long wait time but when I finally got my food, the lady who served me was super friendly, so that was nice. I was dismayed to discover they don’t do free refills! Who has ever heard of that at McDonald’s or any fast food place? The fries were not as fresh as they could’ve been but they were OK.

Called in here on the way from Death Valley to LA on a Sunday evening, this seemed to be the only place open in California City 🫤
Perhaps any other day it might be better, but it was a pretty miserable place on a Sunday 🫤
The tables were generally clean, but the Toilets looked like the Toilet in the film Trainspotting, pretty disgusting 🤢👎
Food was okay, but it did take ages to be prepared.

10-9-2024 went in about noon there is a Spanich Lady whom is the Manager wears her hair in a bun, always helpful and I asked to purchase a chicken balloon for our Grandson that's 3yrs old and she said he may have it, Just a thoughtful gesture and very appreciated 💜

Very good McDonald's, only one in this. Booming city, Food is always hot and fresh, the Managers are very nice and provide excellent customer service.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs, and the restaurant is kept very clean.

Drive thru was a breeze, staff was friendly and polite, and the food was great.

Waited about 40 minutes to get my order which was some chicken nuggets and a caramel Frapp Service sucks. Won't recommend this place

This is actually the second time my mobile order was partially wrong at this location...

Ordered 4 sausage biscuits, 4 hashbrowns, a sausage egg mcmuffin no cheese & an oatmeal.

Received 4 hashbrowns, 5 sausage mcmuffin (one without cheese as requested) & the oatmeal.

The staff was courteous but apparently there is a disconnect between the app & the team because I placed the identical order here for breakfast about a week ago with the same result.

And to add insult to injury, it's raining (which to be fair is pretty atypical here BUT there is no overhang where drive thru orders are placed).

Idk why they act like the sauce comes out of their paycheck. I ordered a 10 piece meal they never asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Go to the window and they hand me my food and slam the window and I’m like I’m can I have some sauce I didn’t get any. She hands me one sauce for a 10 piece.

Still the worst McDonalds ever. I'm officially done. I wait over 10 minutes for my food Everytime. If everyone could please boycott and buy somewhere else maybe it will close down and we can have another food place come in please please please!!!
