It is urgent to speak with someone higher up, the service is terrible, there is a smell of sewage or dirty pipes, the machines do not serve a disgusting place, I hope someone is a little interested in your business and does something, you enter the premises and it seems that you enter to a public bathroom ? of those disposable ones, I appreciate if you put order, we are humans who visit that place, not ?? pigs

2/2019: Good food.....great service! Nice to see food served to elderly who have problems getting up and down. They've replaced the card swipers back to the counter! Only one issue .... and that other customers have.... the smell from the bathrooms.They need vents put in. The methane buildup is getting bad.Updated 11/10/17: Guess they read my last review. So the entire lobby was remodeled including the bathrooms. Now just get the card swipers in so you can take debit/credit

2:30pm and parking lot facing doors locked. Inside, lobby unclean and no napkins stocked. Order (hot fudge sunday) made incorrectly with less than a tablespoon of fudge. Franchisee should be fined and employees retrained.

These idiots are way too damn slow. Everytime I go thru the drivethru I'm there for about 30 min with only 2 to 3 cars in front of me. And they always get my code on my mcds app wrong and then I cant redeem
