I like this place, the service is nice, the atmosphere is calming and the food and drinks here are incredible each time I come here, they are very understanding when it comes to the size labeling and even just told me small medium or large instead of venti or what Else, as for the staff, the staff worked quickly and thoroughly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or passing by California city,

This morning I placed an order via the app, I picked up order once I got home I realized they had given me the wrong breakfast item. When I got back to the store the clerk explained that they didn’t have the sandwich I had ordered so they decided to give me something else without asking if I was ok with the alternative. In addition the item they gave me was of a lesser value. Didn’t bother to tell me, they just assumed I would be ok with the switch. Then when I asked for refund, she had an attitude. Poor quality of service.I understand items run out, just be honest about it and or don’t be lazy and switch an item without telling the customer just because you are too lazy to do a refund.

Hello, Today I placed a mobile order at my local Starbucks located in California City CA, 93505. Apparently an item on my order was not available and instead of explaining the problem and offering something else the Employee switched the item on my order without telling. In addition the item she decided to give me, was of a lesser value and again, she didn't bother to tell me about it. Once I went back to the store to get what I had ordered, thats when she decided to come clean and explain that they were out of the item I had originally ordered. When I asked for a refund, she got an attitude. Poor customer service. Please do not hire lazy people!!

Took my grandsons for hot chocolate and was asked if they wanted kid temperature? I never knew that was a thing and I LOVE that! The store was clean and service was spot on. Thank you for a great cup of coffee and hot chocolate!

Always fast and always delicious, I don't think they should comment on the online orders when you make them and go through drive through, there's no difference, it must be someone's pet peeve and she always is rude about it but we ignore her.

went through the drive thru and the barista (Destiny pretty sure thats her name) started taking pictures of me and my car behind the counter bending down and everything trying to be discreet. When I asked why she was doing so, she had said the female in the car infront had asked her to take pictures of me and my car because she decided to call me the b word.

I am a junior in high school and I come in almost every week day before school and the vibes are immaculate, especially when I come in and order in person and get to see/talk my favorite workers. I always walk in and get greeted with "Goodmorning Anderson :)". Absolutely makes my day when they write a cute message on my cup too, going to be sad when I move away for college. Not to mention they always make my drink taste fire.
