This subway here in California city
Refuses to honor coupon codes.They obviously don't care if they lose customers.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich. None of the veggies were fresh. Lettuce tomato bell peppers and onion all wilted. Bread was old and dry. For what used to cost $5.00 a few years ago is now $23.00 with door dash. I won't order from this location ever again.

Owner was rude and condescending. My husband drove back after picking up our order. The bread of my sandwich was sticky, squishy, clearly underbaked. The sandwich was not edible. All we asked was for it to be remade, we should have asked for a refund instead. The owner remarked that the bread was “perfectly fine”
This has happened to us once before at this location and we let it slide, but not this time especially when 1 foot long cost us nearly $15.
We won’t be returning to this location and we don’t recommend it. I’d rather drive further to another subway.

There was a girl by the name of Teresa super rude. She was either drunk or high, but she was really rude to the other employees and customers. The customer in front of me actually stopped his order because he didn't want her making it. The other employee (a young man) tried to step in and make the situation better, but she was so rude to him. The young man finished the orders in line while she cursed and was acting a fool.

Wheelchair accessibility: The lobby is very small and a person in a wheelchair can't fit in it if there are 3 people in line

The reason I gave 2 star was because I did doordash, and their is always a problem with orders coming in their system needs
