The young white lady with brown hair working at around 630pm today thinks cancer is funny!! Heard her cracking a joke about how someone looked like he had cancer laughing even her co worker a young man felt awkward my mom died of cancer and it took every once in me to restrain myself and leave without catching a charge and to comment this. Fire her immediately this is not ok or street justice will be served!!! (Not a threat ;)

bad experience since new owners took the store the manager she was super rude. I asked her name she said Betty the store used to be super clean is very dirty waiting a long time on line. wont be coming in any more.

I used to stop by so often, the people were always friendly. But last two times I’m been there, an Indian girl has been there with really bad attitude , rude and bad customer service .She needs to learn manners to treat customers properly.

7/11 had left food on the ground of the parking lot. I slipped on it and fell. The food was seen by a worker but never picked up. I filed a report with the manager. This was in June. I have yet to speak with someone from 7/11 every manager I speak to says they or someone else will get back to me. It is now October, The manager has my number, we have talked several times but never to a case manager. I would like someone other than the store management reaching out to me because they seem to be unable to help me.

Overpriced Gasoline, parked at the pump and didn't buy any. Went to buy a Beer and they ask for ID, my phone number, and then if I want to add donuts or candy to my purchase. Yeah.....no thanks I'd rather support a small liquor store instead.

#5 pump was not working right.I was told the dials were not working showing gal filling. I've never had to be shown to lift the hose to feel gas go thru? I only got 1/16 of gas in my tank & my gas light was still on. Clerk/ service advised I Paid for only 3 gal.I got ripped off!! Can I talk to a manager. He said cause I only paid$20

The gas pumps at this place are either always down or never accept your cards. Constantly receive the "Please See Cashier" message. I've talked to owner about fixing the system (because this is a frequent problem amongst my family and all my neighbors) and the owners can careless about ensuring that his pumps work properly. Can't wait until he gets some competition off the Cherry Valley Blvd exit. Save yourself the waist of time and go put gas off County Line Rd. (Full disclosure, this review has nothing to do with staff/employees. They are great and extremely nice)
