This Arby's outsources taking your order to a call center in Pakistan. Ordered for two people, and had to repeat my order 4 whole times. Once I drove up to the window, I learned my order was incorrectly taken. After correcting my order, I was told unprompted by the employee at the window that my order wasn't taken by an employee inside the store. It was taken by a call center located in Pakistan, which explains why my order wasn't even close to being correct. I wish I were joking.
Do you know what makes people more rude in addition to being hungry? Needing to repeat their order 4 times and still not having it understood correctly. Call centers have ZERO business replacing a local interaction with a local business done in person.
Aside from that, the food was okay, but I wasn't given the sauce for my French Dip sandwich, nor was I given double meat as asked (and charged) for. What little meat it did have was cut super thick and wasn't warm when I received it. All of the rest of the food was good, barring those things. I was super excited to see an Arby's that is 24 hours, those don't exist near me. The outside of the restaurant was very well-kept and clean, as was the drive-thru. It's a damn shame; if it weren't for the call center thing, I would be willing to come back to try it again.

I wish I could share pictures of the mess we received. The mayo was all over the place, the lettuce was old and wilted. Fries were over cooked. No ice in our drinks!!!

Sandwiches and portions seems to getting smaller. Prices keep going up and quality is getting worse. Everything seems to taste so processed.

Only 2 staff were working and the wait was exceptionally long. I only ordered a turkey sandwich (which was great). However, I waited 10 minutes for it, despite there only being 2 customers ahead of me. The women's bathroom was out of order. The men's bathroom was disgusting and had no paper towels.

This Arby's cannot get a damn thing right. Wring food, incorrect portions, no cheese on things that are to have it on it, no sauces and staff that have no concept of doing anything right. I hope this location closes and we get a good fast food restaurant that takes pride in what they do

Very Expensive. Brisket sandwich looked like a kid's meal but tasted good.. Old Brown lil piece of lettuce ,teeny tiny tomato,wheat bread a lil hard on turkey sandwich.Potato cakes were excellent!I guess we won't go to another Arby's for five more years.Disappointing!

I like their roast beef. However they forgot to give my family our mottzerilla sticks and a curly fry at the drive thru. To late to go thru the drive thru again.

A little strange ,there was no one in line so my order was only one .the lady told me to drive around so I can wait . Seemed like a long time so I went inside to use restroom .the store was empty ? so not sure why the long wait
