Last week someone made a mistake on our order and we didn't discover it until we got home, so we called the restaurant to let them know. The manager told us she would take our name down so that she could replace our meal next time we came in. Tonight we went to get our meal and Anthony was at the drive through. He was great. I've stopped at this location a few times. Each visit the staff has been friendly and quick to serve. The inside dinning is a little small but has been clean when I've ordered. Thank you, to staff at this Arby's Location.

This Arby's outsources taking your order to a call center in Pakistan. Ordered for two people, and had to repeat my order 4 whole times. Once I drove up to the window, I learned my order was incorrectly taken. After correcting my order, I was told unprompted by the employee at the window that my order wasn't taken by an employee inside the store. It was taken by a call center located in Pakistan, which explains why my order wasn't even close to being correct. I...
