The host sat us pretty quickly, but the waitress was busy and it took a bit to get service, once we got service the waitress was nice enough and the service was decent. I ordered the French dip sandwich, I was pleasantly surprised with my order. I wasn't expecting much, the sandwich was very tasty and the portion was on the money for me, the sauce made my sandwich. If I ever find myself in the neighborhood, I'll try to make this a stop.

We come here often as it's local, but we had the best experience tonight than we've had before. Our server Matthew went out of his way to figure out a sandwich for me without meat. He was very nice and helpful about it. Then my daughter drew a picture of Bob she was really proud of, and he hung it up behind the cash register. She was really excited. We get Matthew a lot when we go there and we always have a great experience with him. Thank you!

Went to this spot on a Friday at 4:15pm. There was only one other party there besides ours. Pros: no wait to sit and great service from the server. Cons: Bad quality food and high prices. I ordered a burger and my wife got a pulled pork sandwich. The meat on my burger hardly had any flavor. I've worked as a manager at In-N-Out for 9 years and seemed to acquired a taste for good meat. Not even close to the quality at In-N-Out or even the habit since you can get that nice charbroiled taste. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it tasted dry and old even though it was smothered in BBQ sauce. 13 bucks for a burger is way too much when you can go down to In-N-Out and get a Double Double for for 4 to 5 bucks. We went with my wife's Nina and Nino and they seemed to enjoy the food. This was our first visit and maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe the In-N-Out manager in me came out and compared it to a high standard. Maybe the other food on the menu is good. Give it a try I guess.

Food is not as good as it used to be. Signature burger is good but not as good as it was in the 60s. Does changing decades mean that food goes through subtle changes and prices go up? This Bob's breakfast bar needs help. Pancakes and waffles are cold and butter is practically frozen. Meat gets dried out and gravy congeals. I would like to suggest a small microwave on the breakfast bar so patrons could warm up cold food. It wouldn't need to be a high end oven, just a basic. I do enjoy the occasional meal at Bob's. I've just gotten a little pickier on what I order. Staff is friendly and restaraunt is clean.

Remember Bob's? This is the real deal. Just like I remembered BBC as a kid. Not many restaurants left. A little out of the way, but always stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner when passing through. Excellent staff and service.
It had been almost 30 years since I'd enjoyed a Big Boy Burger because the one in Ventura, CA closed long ago. My wife wanted to go to Big Boy and we drove to the Sonora Desert and back for our honeymoon so I made sure we hit up a Big Boy on the way back. She loved her shake and salad, I liked my burger.

This is a childhood favorite of mine. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, and the food was good. The waitress was outgoing and friendly, with many customers inside. Mostly families out for the morning. I reccommended this restaurant 100%
