It's fast food
Stopped here on 6/25/2025 at 7:30pm and got two kid meals and I live all the way in banning and when I got home in their kids meals was only the fries. No chicken nuggets. Like how do you forget the main entree lol not only that but tried to call them and the phone line doesn’t go through. So I’m unsure how to get a refund or another meal because I’m not driving 20 mins back when it’s late and I have to get my kiddos to bed. Shame shame.
Twice now they have messed up my order!! First time no biggie, we all have a bad day but this time they gave me the wrong i discovered this when I got home drove all the way back to the restaurant and they actually handed the the whopper that was originally made the 1st time seriously that was over 10 mins! It was cold and forget about calling them the phone doesn't go through!!! Do better

Idk what happened to burger king fries, but the coating has changed and they're not as good as before. The whopper just doesn't taste as good as before as well. Super disappointed... I rarely go to Burger King, and now I understand why. Miss the quality they had in the early 2000's

Great food service was amazing
I will say food is good never disappoints other than when you ask him for no onions and they put it on there anyways but I pulled up to the order today and the individual talking over the intercom sounded like he was having a very bad day and didn’t want to be there didn’t listen to what I was ordering asked several times if I could repeat it then I get to the window and he’s rude. Short little Hispanic dude with a bad attitude just basically gives me the bag and closes shut the window. I’ve been at this establishment plenty of times first time I’ve seen him working there but I think they need to find somebody better because I’ve never had an issue before this. Sorry to say that their service has gone down.
They make sure you can't call. Meaning you HAVE to turn around and go in again after you've made it home. They generally get it right but today I used my points for a double cheeseburger plain and it wasn't in the bag. They have been overall polite when I've remembered to check my order before walking out and needed something fixed. I should not have to that every time though. Thinking of deleting the app.
Went there Tuesday 18th, 6:15am morning time. And the food was ok but the chicken sandwich was not fully cooked. They just put it in bag with other items. C'mon don't sell frozen food.
The hamburger was very cold.

I went through the drive through and it took 1 min 45 seconds to be greeted by a male voice, stating he would be right with me. 4 mins later a female voice asked what I would like. There were 5 cars ahead of me, from the time I ordered to the time I got to the window was another 6mins. The worker at the window gave me my total and was kind. From my view there were only 2 employees working, the female was standing at the hot tray waiting facing the cooking area while the male employee ran around filling my drinks and gathering my food. It did not appear to be any teamwork going on.

We order from this place at least two to three times a month where is it used to be 5 to 6 times a month. In the last 4 months we have ordered from there a handful of times and every order has been missing at least two to three items not just one we will ask for things not on something it will be loaded as if it's on purpose it is extremely easy to just look down read and say hey nothing of this on here or this is what they need there is no way to contact them their phone is constantly down and the managers have been rude on several occasions where other times they are seemingly nice this place has dropped in quality in ju
st the last month so far we will not be going back here.
